Absolutely the best ribeye I have had prepared in the state of Wisconsin. The service, and selection of the menu choices makes Copper Oak my first choice for any fine dining occasion. Renata our waitress was very attentive to my wife and I and gave the best service I have had in awhile. The ribeye was tender and full of savory flavor I regretted ordering a side, the house soup was a broccoli and cheese soup that was amazing with the provided oyster crackers. 10/10 I strongly recommend Copper Oak to anyone looking for a good fine dining experience for an affordable price that beats anything the Dells has to offer

Got the 14 oz ribeye with the Vegetable Du Jur, and a house salad. $44 meal fit for a king.

I'm from Vegas so I judge steak houses harshly as I have a higher standard then most as I've eaten at some of the best and some of the worst stakehouses in Vegas and America.

Renata was our Server and immediately met us with a friendly face. She kept our drinks filled, and was very respectful throughout the meal. She answered our questions as needed. Her entire demeanor was what is expected of this style steakhouse. She waited but did not hover or crowd.

The restaurant was clean and quiet. We truly have nothing negative to say.

Steak was made perfectly. The vegetable du Jur had a light but salty flavor.

I will definitely be coming back.

Saturday Night (March 29th) our anniversary had a very good Prime Rib and wife had lobster but the Old Fashions we had were the worst we have had! In Wisconsin an old fashion is a very important cocktail to create! Was very disappointed!

Dinner at the Copper Oak steak house was a culinary delight, I started with the house salad with raspberry vinaigrette is tangy with a touch of sweetness, perfectly complementing the crisp greens

For my main dish I chose the Sesame-Coated Ahi Tuna which is perfectly seared on the outside while remaining tender and rare inside. The sesame coating provides a delightful crunch that contrasts beautifully with the soft, melt-in-your-mouth tuna.

As for my boyfriend he had the filet mignon a classic dish that was executed flawlessly. The filet mignon is incredibly tender, with a rich, buttery texture. It’s cooked to perfection and the seasoning is simple but delicious.

Crème brûlée is my most favorite dessert and the perfect ending to the meal.

Overall, Copper Oak Steakhouse offers a well-rounded dining experience, with dishes that are beautifully executed. The combination of textures—from the tuna to the filet and crème brûlée—makes each bite an absolute pleasure.

Thank you Ogla, and the rest of the staff, we will be back soon. -C

Food was delicious, server was kind but needed just a lil fine tuning for this type of restaurant, atmosphere was good, great smells, beautiful fireplace etc. but we were seated close to the kitchen which was a bit noisey. Temperature in restaurant was a lil on the chilly side for October. We will return again sometime.

Had reservation for 5, seated promptly. No waiter or anyone for the first 10 minutes, then get our water glasses filled. Another 10 minutes, a plate of cold French bread and butter dropped off with "I'll be back to take your order ". Waited another 25 minutes no one came back. Customers around us were saying the same thing, an hour and a half and they got cold food. We left and let the hostess know what happened. Too bad, seemed like a nice place.

Horrible service. Entrée and salad came at same time, potatoes came 20 minutes later, my companions appetizer was burnt and cold, my salad had no dressing and his lobster came after I finished my entree after being asked and it was cold.

Service ok. Salad is large and served on small plate-a problem because you need to cut up large pieces. Why would they serve tail on shrimp in pasta? Stupid. Pay hefty prices to do the work for a lazy chef. No freshly grated parm for Alfredo Sause in a supposedly high end restaurant. Truly a waste of beautiful space.
