Great food, good service. A little bit slow on the service department that’s why I only gave 4 stars. A lot of the staff just stayed at the back even though the restaurant was pretty empty. The food was great we ask for extra gravy for our chicken fried chicken and they gave a really generous amount! It was great!

We've eaten at this CB many times. The Dells was extremely busy due to a large car show. Had a short 30 minute wait to be seated but that was to be expected and the meal was good.
We found an egg shell in our eggs. we asked for more creamer for the coffee, neve got it. They offer no Gluten-free options, so not our best experience.
The server was great!
Beacon and egg hashbrown casserole was luke warm and the fried onions were cool. Overall taste was sub-par at best. Will be spending money elsewhere in the future.

I had the most wonderful waitress a person could have she was friendly she was nice she was consistent she always checked on you she didn't come and ask you how is it going when you had food in your mouth it was really nice I did never have to wait or ask for a refill she was on top of everything and she was busy also and she always had a smile

Everyone was happy with the food. We were able to pay by phone which made paying fast.
I rarely get bad meal at Cracker Barrel. Even all the construction getting in and out of this store couldn't keep me away.
