Ordered this at 756pm, delivery was to be by 820. 851pm I called and asked where the food was as it has been done since 810 according to the tracker. That’s 40 minutes of sitting somewhere not including the time it would be in the car. They said “they’ll make sure it’s fresh”. THEN an old nasty cheese pizza gets delivered. Does this look fresh at all? Or like a pepperoni pizza? I have 5 kids that were expecting dinner an hour ago who are now waiting for the right food to be delivered because “we need back the wrong pizza”

Manager refused to replace wrong order unless I took the pizza in. States it is company policy and they wouldn't be able to do anything without it. Also denied pictures so I could let my kid eat the half that wasn't wrong to the point no one would eat. It was not ordered incorrectly. I have never had this happen and when I asked when it changed I couldn't get a clear answer. Wow.

worst service ever, hour and a half late for a pizza, manager said they didn't have the right address, I confirmed they did and the driver just never showed up, manager then refused to refund for my order, then the owner straight up called me a liar because I've had 2 phone numbers in the span of 5 years and that somehow confused her so she refused my refund too. had to dispute it with my card company, ridiculous their that hard up for a 20$ pizza to lose a pretty loyal customer

The Domino's website would not let me finish reviewing, so I wanted to leave it here. Our order was accurate and the pizza's look great (Thanks, Deb! - if the tracker is correct). The time between cooking and delivery was super quick even on a Friday night! The delivery driver Adam (again, if the tracker is correct) was punctual, polite and handled our dinner with care! Thanks so much for keeping dinner easy and delicious!

Bro this zza is fire. The lobby is so clean. As a former restaurant lead, I can say whoever is training shift leads is hella smart and those pizza boys make my night! Baraboo, wi dominoes is my faaaaavorite pizza place!

Had to get someone's attention to get my online order, they saw me and looked at me, but didn't say anything until about 5 minutes later, didn't say have a goodnight or anything, I know stuff isn't the best sometimes but kindness goes a long way. Next time I'm going to pizza hut, at least they are hospitable.
Tonight I came to this location for the first time and the customer service was absolutely amazing! Mathew and Andrew were extremely patient and very helpful. They both definately went above and beyond tonight and I appreciate it SO much. Thank you so much!! I definitely will be visiting this location more often!
