Double Cut Steak House

We had a wonderful experience on Thanksgiving Day. Our server was friendly, respectful, and very accommodating. He was very helpful and attentive to our questions and requests, and never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. Since it was also my son's birthday, he was given a birthday dessert at the end of the meal. it was a wonderful way to celebrate Thanksgiving and a birthday.

Mushroom Soup heavily salted and inedible Onion soup incredibly sweet and inedible Salad delivered with brown lettuce and inedible Where is the chef in this mess. Service Excellent 40 day dry aged steaks loaded with grizzle and cooked medium/medium well when ordered medium rare. Butchering not very careful. Waste of protein. Would not return.

The food here is hit or miss. I had the sushi, it was alright. The shrimp tempura was delicious. However, my boyfriend's food was bland and burnt. He asked for a burger medium rare and got a charred hockey puck. On top of that, his fries were practically chips with how crunchy they were. Our server was not the most attentive either. Over all, the ambience is nice, but with the price tag - I expected a lot more. I don't think we will be returning anytime soon.

Johnathan Carpio was amazing, our food was excellent! Great service from the staff, and the dessert made by Alexia was absolutely delicious! It was our first time, and we will definitely go back again! Thank you!

Excellent service. Dalibor was an excellent waiter. Great ambiance classy not too noisy. The food was great. Steaks and scallops highly recommended walleye was fresh and beautifully cooked. Good wine list. The house salad was B- for the level of this otherwise superb restaurant.

My wife and I ordered the Hanging Bacon, the Honeycomb & Almond Butter board, and the Tomahawk Ribeye. We had Baked Potatoes and Bourbon Mushrooms for sides. Ironically, the only small issue I had was my potato temperature. It was completely cooked and still delicious, but I would have preferred it to be a bit hotter. The steak was AMAZING. The bacon, butter board and the fresh made bread were delightful! I may only regret not having enough of an appetite after to try a dessert. My wife believes this is the best steak she has ever ate. It cannot be far from the top for me. It is definitely a location we will return to on our next trip to the Dells.

Too bright. Food was not great. Oily fish, the spinach side was basically soup. Lot of kids (to be expected).

We arrived early and sat in the red piano bar. A million shout outs to our bar tender Chris and Carlos. They make fantastic drinks and great conversations. Made us missing Chris Brown so worth it. Our server messed up a few things during dinner but over all food tasted amazing.

We had a table for 2 but we're seated in a room with a large party. Made ambience less than ideal. Service was good by Lucky. Food was ok. Bread service was good and great flavor. Sold out of prime rib by our 6;30 reservation. Ribeye good, cooked as ordered and was delicious. Scallops cooked perfect, could have used more seasoning however. Mushrooms less favorable than prior visit. Celebrated our anniversary and received complimentary dessert which was a nice surprise.

Celebrated my birthday in the Dells and chose Double Cut steak house for dinner! We had a wonderful experience from the bread fresh out the oven, to the mango martini, tempura shrimp for appetizers, Cajun styled filet mignon steak with loaded baked potatoes, creamed spinach and truffled fries and complimentary chocolate cake! Everything was delicious and our waiter Brandon was great!

I do not recommend this place. We had reservations and still waited 20 minutes to get our table. Took the server about 30 minutes to get our water and another 1.5 hours to get our food. When got our food, all of steaks were made incorrectly, half our food was cold. I sent mines back but some of our party was too hungry and just ate it cold. There was hair in one of my sides. The server was super nice but it was just way too busy and slow! When we got our checks, all of our checks were entered incorrectly which resulted us to wait even longer to get out there. We spent over 2 hours there and we walked out with 75% of our food boxed up. Would not recommend, especially for that price tag.

Food was great, service was fantastic and environment was perfect! Me and my husband were celebrating our wedding anniversary and asked for a quiet table. The hostess directed us to a room with a fireplace and a great ambiance. Would 100% recommend!

Food was excellent! Sushi and hanging bacon were delicious! Both the ribeye and filet were cooked perfectly, very tender, and flavorful! Pricing was about the norm for a high-end steakhouse.

Awesome food and portion sizes. Amazing service. Make sure to go to Redd's piano bar next door for drinks and music!
