The food amazing as was the service. The seabass perfect melt in your mouth. The sides are large and all wonderful. The short rib taco Appetizers are the perfect bite.

We chose here for our anniversary dinner this year. We have been to every steakhouse in the area. When we first arrived we ordered cocktails, I had a rosemary lemon drop which was overly sweet and my husband had a manhattan which also was very sweet which was odd. We ordered Caesar salads and bone in ribeyes. The salad was average, we ordered the small portion each and it was definitely a generous portion. We could have shared the small. We asked for steaks cooked to medium. They were cooked to our liking but the steaks were incredibly tough. We had the bourbon mushrooms which my husband ordered, they could have been cooked longer to carmelize them. My husband like them. There were a lot of families with kids that added to the noise level of the restaurant. I wouldn't choose this place as an intimate special occasion restaurant.

Went with a small group of co workers and had a great meal. All appetizers and entrees were very well done with good portion sizes. The service was fantastic.

This was our third time dining at the Double Cut and was not as good as our first time. The pear in our spinach- pear salad was minimal but the cashew dressing was very nice and seemed freshly made, rather than bottled. My four tempura shrimp, an appetizer that I chose as my entire, were good. It would have been nice to have a shrimp entree option that wasn't pasta based. Tje baked potatoes we added as sides were very good but twice as large as necessary. The service was not as attentive as previously. We requested a quiet table but were put in the side room with a fireplace plus a 10 top, and 2 8 tops fully occupied. It was, therefore the opposite of a quiet table!

It was extremely expensive. It cost close to $400 for four people. Ridiculous prices. The food was good.

Parking: It is located in the Kalahari resort

I had a filet mignon and baked potato. I sat at the bar. I had to ask for bread which he went and brought. Everything I had was so salty I couldn't eat it. I did eat all of the steak and the meat was a very good cut of meat just salty. I ate 1/4 of my baked potato, it had so much salt i couldn't eat it.the bartender wasn't very attentive and at one point he threw and I mean threw a fake candle holder between me and another gentleman, sliding across the bar to the other side. I would not ever eat there again
Not worth the price. I've had way better service and food.

Overall food was undercooked, chewy and disappointing. It was my birthday family dinner and we all had to go back to the room and eat again because we were still hungry. We spent over $300 for food we didn't even eat as it was not good. We will not be back here. Bummed that the staff even knew we had medium rare meat, including the kids filet for $30 and they didn't say anything further.

Must stop every time we are in town. Best wine list in town. Also hit the piano bar two nights in a row... was a lot of fun.

My Family and I recently had dinner here while staying at Kalahari resort. I spent $250 and a few hrs after leaving dinner two family members fell ill. I filled out a report and have never heard anything else back about this matter. We have not even had a follow up to ask how they are feeling after. This was on Monday and it is now Thursday.

We met family in the Dells to celebrate my child’s 19th birthday. The service was good, and the staff was very good about handling the allergies at our table, but the food itself was very hit or miss. The sauces that came with the sides were cold, my husbands steak was cold, my son’s steak was burned, the broccoli side came out and looked disgusting. It was literally a head of broccoli, not chopped apart and steamed for even cooking, lumped on a plate. Overall, the food was so sub par for what we paid for the meal, but we were there to celebrate so didn’t want to kill the vibe with a bunch of complaints. I would never go back and would caution people to go elsewhere if they want a good steakhouse experience.

Bartender tonight should not be serving tables. He was the worst. Couldn’t even get a water refill. Didn’t get checked on. We literally could’ve just walked out and nobody would’ve noticed. I had to walk to the bar (my family sat at a booth) to close my check. While I watched all the other tables get catered by their waiters

The unfortunate part of this experience is that we don't get down here very often as we live way up north so we look forward to coming back for city food and experiences. We got the dry aged new York strip/kid mac and cheese/edamame/various sushi platters to share. New York strip seemed like it wasn't a high end cut(select) or not cut in house. Choice new York strip is more tender and dry aging is suppose to take it to the next level, which it did not. Seasoning was too strong with salt that the steak taste was gone. My child wouldn't eat the mac and cheese because of how bland it was. Sushi was a total miss. We look forward to eating sushi so bad because we don't have anything up north like that and this seem like it was unfinished. The chef needs to taste the food because the price does not match the quality or taste of the food in this fine dining restaurant.

The food, service, and atmosphere was great. I was extremely pleased with everything. I only rated 2 stars because I asked for a well done pork chop and when they brought it, it was not well done. It still tasted good and I thought it would be ok but I ended up getting food poisoning. Obviously food poisoning is no fun and messy. That kind of ruined the experience. I only eat one meal a day so I know it was this restaurant.
