Gloria Jean's Coffees

The staff was incredibly rude, yelling at our friends while they waited for us to get our coffee. When I asked for a few ice cubes to cool down my hot latte, they demanded $1. The coffee tasted like regular coffee with a bit of milk, not a proper latte. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I am reaching out to you first before I put a zero star review online.

I was excited to see a Gloria Jeans after years of a hunt. I went to the Wisconsin Dells outlet this weekend specifically to go there. I walked in and should have instantly walked out, but I was there and disregarded my mental red flags. Long story short, I should have walked out.

This vendor does not utilize gloria jeans products but does have the cups and signs to reinforce the draw.

My question to you is if this is a true Gloria Jeans store front or is it someone that won left over cups on an auction.

I'm completely disappointed

They opened the door @ 10am, and I waited to go in for a bit to give them some time. There was no one behind the counter when I went in and there wasn't even regular coffee brewing. I stood there for 10 minutes and realized I was going to pay a premium for a rushed drink if I could even get one I wanted. Still no one. Will never go back.

At first I was extremely excited when I looked it up online, but as soon as we stepped in the shop it was clear I was wrong.
The staff could barely speak English, the prices on the menu were not accurate to what we were charged, the drinks we got were wrong, and even the wrong drinks were sub-par and lacked flavor.
I'm not one to complain, but I would personally avoid this coffee shop until some major changes happen.

When my daughter & I go to the Dells we ALWAYS stop here for the Iced Hot Chocolate drink. The owner is the absolute best and super sweet! She always remembers us and always remembers what I like to drink! Just last month I was headed home from the Dells and 10 miles out, I forgot to stop here, I literally turned around just to go back!I have nothing negative to say! I don’t know the managers name but I always look forward to her smiling face! Keep up the great work! Can’t wait to see you again!

Kid-friendliness: My daughter has been going here with me since she was around 9 or 10, is now 17, and the owner is always smiling and has a super positive attitude which my daughter absolutely loves!

I come once a year for our Dell’s trip and the lady always remembers my drink! Tastes amazing, can’t wait until there is one closer to STL.

My husband and I stopped in for an afternoon coffee while shopping and were very disappointed. We had wanted a small hot coffee- nothing fancy- but was told the coffee machine was broken. My husband suggested we get a cold brew instead. So she poured us a cold brew with no ice per our request. We both tried it and it made us gag. It tasted like old hot brew that had been in the fridge for a few days. My husband took it back and was able to a refund- hence the one star.Save yourself the effort and just go to Starbucks across the street.

Everytime ive tried going in here to order coffee the people at Antie Anne's say there closed. Horrible service in my opinion in a outlet mall.

The drink was amazing. But with only a few Gloria Jeans in the state, I didn't need the manager to yell at me that they don't honor the punch cards for free drinks. And yell at me for buying multiple drinks. I just felt he could have talked A LOT nicer to a paying customer.Update: corporate told me they are now starting up an app and doing away with punch cards but they are investigating the matter.
