It gets worse every time we visit, more expensive, worse customer service, more issues. Not sure how it’s possible. We visited the front desk SEVEN times, because they kept messing up our wristbands for the amusement park. Even then they messed it up and we just gave up. The prices are astronomical. Customer service less than average. They would rather spend time arguing with you than fixing THEIR mistakes. The kids all got super sick from the chlorine overkill from people constantly pooping in the pool. We come every year and this year was likely the last. Would rather visit great wolf lodge or another waterpark.
We are on our last night here and I cannot wait to leave. My son's Nike clothing was stolen from our room. Absolutely nothing was done. The wave pool had to close because someone pooped in it. My son has chemical burns from the chlorine. There is a never ending gurgle sound from the bathroom that makes it hard to sleep. We've come here often since 2016. It's a shame how rundown it has become.
My children and granddaughters witnessed a lady peeing next to her car. This lady wiped and left the tissue there mid day mind you!!!! we brought it to the front desks attention. Nina was super helpful i gave her all the information license plate pic of the couple etc. Security called for more information but nothing was done OF COURSE!!!! People were walking barefoot in the parking lot kids included!!!! While in the Waterpark same lady walked in with a shirt that read I PEE IN POOLS!!!!! Seems like money is more important here than safety!!!
Tastes nothing like Starbucks coffee. The food is also horrible.

THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT HAVE THE STARBUCKS LOGO IF IT DOESN'T TAKE GIFT CARDS AND HAVE ALL THE DRINKS AND PRICIER. I don't have an issue but at least have a sign. The person taking orders can't get the drink right and gave me a different drink instead and also, I LITERALLY spell my name out and the server still wrote it wrong. But thanks to the people making the drinks, got the order right for me. I went early so should not be busy.

Bakery and sweets selection is beautiful, I always get the tiramisu as it’s been a long time favorite of mine. Beverage prices are almost double what they would be elsewhere ($8 for a small dragon fruit refresher) wait was long and definitely felt rushed through.

They have some cool looking desserts. But there were fruit flies in one of the dessert food cases. I regret tipping because they took forever with our order, and all we got were already prepared desserts and all they had to do was grab them. They forgot one of the desserts, so we had to wait longer after already waiting too long. People who ordered lattes after us were getting their orders first. Just strange when they don't have to "make" our order. I hate when places ask you to tip first. Wish I could take it back. Oh well. We wouldn't come back here.

Coffee is fine but more expensive than an actual Starbucks. Also, borderline deceptive advertising. They have a giant Starbucks logo on the entrance and all over the shop but it isn’t actually a Starbucks.

I don't really like tipping before I get my service, I also don't like not having a custom amount for the tip. That was my first thought when ordering 50+ bucks in food and drink. Later, when the drinks came and the woman behind the counter said "I only make drinks" and "I know nothing about your food. Please give me your recipe. I'll try and figure it out." Fair enough someone else must have dropped the ball on that. But when the food all comes wrong, I don't want to blame the drink maker, but I do want to take that tip back and probably not order any of the food we got. It's not even a busy day, and our order was easy. Do better.

I ordered a shaken espresso (basically an iced latte with an extra shot of espresso) and received what appeared to be straight oat milk. I know this isn't a real Starbucks, but I order the same drink at Starbucks often and would've expected a similar experience. I ended up making a 10oz dark roast drip coffee in my room and adding it to the drink to give it some coffee flavor.
