In all my years I’ve never seen such poor customer service. I felt so bad for a lady a few customers ahead of me. She ordered a sandwich and before she even paid, it was made! She said she wanted to remove some items it came with and they refused and told her “we already made it the way it comes” and pointed to the menu to show her. When she asked why she could not have customized it they told her “we don’t do that here” (even though I did). When the woman (now understandably starting to get upset) asked them to make it again THEY EXPECTED HER TO PAY FOR ANOTHER SANDWICH! When she (again understandably) got more upset they asked her to leave the store with the incorrect original sandwich. I’ve never seen anyone kicked out of a place of business trying to get an order made correctly. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? It’s quite obvious this Jimmy John’s spent 0 minutes on customer service training and only care how fast (and incorrectly) they can make something. I’ll not return here, that’s for sure.

Ordered delivery from app with tip included. Requested sandwiches cut in half and napkins since staying at hotel. No sandwich was cut and no napkins included. Sandwiches weren't marked to determine what each one was (most jj's write on outside of wrapper). Still delicious subs but subpar experience. Delivery by Uber was good.

I ordered and paid through the app. The worker refused to make my order, said I chose too many toppings (I had toppings, seasonings, sauces). He cancelled and refunded instead of making it. Very poor service. This is my usual order for subs.

Food was great but some lady was changing her baby’s diaper on one of the tables with like 10 other customers around her. That has to be a major health code violation.
LOVE Jimmy John’s Subs! I was so excited to eat this that I forgot to get a picture. Staff were super friendly. Sub was made with peppers instead of pickles but they quickly fixed it.
Parking: Jimmy John’s shares a parking lot with a few other businesses but there was ample parking.

Editing this review after I went back and found out that employee did get fired that very same day. Yes they are very understaffed and beside him always nice and working hard. I'm glad they didn't enable that behavuor any further just to have staff. My sandwich and experience was great tonight. -
DRUNK employee couldn't get an order right. Taller male and female employee were nice and working hard looked like they didn't know what to do with him. Little drunk guy needs fired.

The lady that answered the phone was pleasant. That's about it for pros. Delivery was not available as the driver was sent home. Jimmy Johns business model for years. Super fast delivery. This branch is dead. The manager should of jumped in his car and saved a sale. That's what managers do.

I walked in and walked out. The smell in the restaurant was a mix of puke or moth balls. I left because the smell was that bad.
