LOVE Jimmy John’s Subs! I was so excited to eat this that I forgot to get a picture. Staff were super friendly. Sub was made with peppers instead of pickles but they quickly fixed it.
Parking: Jimmy John’s shares a parking lot with a few other businesses but there was ample parking.

Editing this review after I went back and found out that employee did get fired that very same day. Yes they are very understaffed and beside him always nice and working hard. I'm glad they didn't enable that behavuor any further just to have staff. My sandwich and experience was great tonight. -
DRUNK employee couldn't get an order right. Taller male and female employee were nice and working hard looked like they didn't know what to do with him. Little drunk guy needs fired.

The lady that answered the phone was pleasant. That's about it for pros. Delivery was not available as the driver was sent home. Jimmy Johns business model for years. Super fast delivery. This branch is dead. The manager should of jumped in his car and saved a sale. That's what managers do.

I walked in and walked out. The smell in the restaurant was a mix of puke or moth balls. I left because the smell was that bad.

Terrible Jimmy John’s. They were out of little John’s and refused to help us with our kids and do half sandwiches. The person helping us was incredibly rude and unkind! Drove out of our way to another location - refused to pay $39 for four sandwiches and rude and terrible customer service.

As someone that eats JJ about twice a week, I feel I’m somewhat an expert on their sandwiches. Today we ordered 4 sandwiches from the JJ by Kalahari. 3 of the 4 sandwiches had no mayo and/or guacamole and were dry as the Sahara desert. This is the same place that last year had a sign on the door saying - “no turkey”.Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment…find another location or pick a different establishment to eat.
