Secoya looked at me like I was such a big inconvenience to her day, rushed me through my order, and not one smile or positive energy off of her. Maybe if you’re in customer service, remember that attitude goes a long way. I will not be ordering from this jimmy johns just due to that interaction, thank goodness the folks in baraboo are nice

Customer service is no longer. I had a delivery order that was placed through the app that was NEVER received by me. Called the store twice and was hung up on. Finally was able to talk to someone who told me that they don’t deal with their own orders, but instead I have to call Uber Eats? I didn’t place my order through Uber Eats OR have any contact with them. I was lied to and told they do not do refunds if uber eats delivers their orders. So what do I do? I go into the store and told that they DID refund my order. I thought that wasn’t possible?? Then told I had to pay for my order AGAIN if I wanted the food that I did not lose. What. Ever. Food was completely inedible and tasted like chemicals. Had to be thrown away and wasted my time and money. Absolutely ridiculous.

In all my years I’ve never seen such poor customer service. I felt so bad for a lady a few customers ahead of me. She ordered a sandwich and before she even paid, it was made! She said she wanted to remove some items it came with and they refused and told her “we already made it the way it comes” and pointed to the menu to show her. When she asked why she could not have customized it they told her “we don’t do that here” (even though I did). When the woman (now understandably starting to get upset) asked them to make it again THEY EXPECTED HER TO PAY FOR ANOTHER SANDWICH! When she (again understandably) got more upset they asked her to leave the store with the incorrect original sandwich. I’ve never seen anyone kicked out of a place of business trying to get an order made correctly. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? It’s quite obvious this Jimmy John’s spent 0 minutes on customer service training and only care how fast (and incorrectly) they can make something. I’ll not return here, that’s for sure.

Ordered delivery from app with tip included. Requested sandwiches cut in half and napkins since staying at hotel. No sandwich was cut and no napkins included. Sandwiches weren't marked to determine what each one was (most jj's write on outside of wrapper). Still delicious subs but subpar experience. Delivery by Uber was good.

I ordered and paid through the app. The worker refused to make my order, said I chose too many toppings (I had toppings, seasonings, sauces). He cancelled and refunded instead of making it. Very poor service. This is my usual order for subs.

Food was great but some lady was changing her baby’s diaper on one of the tables with like 10 other customers around her. That has to be a major health code violation.

LOVE Jimmy John’s Subs! I was so excited to eat this that I forgot to get a picture. Staff were super friendly. Sub was made with peppers instead of pickles but they quickly fixed it.

Parking: Jimmy John’s shares a parking lot with a few other businesses but there was ample parking.
