We placed an order while visiting for a gymnastics meet. I just received a call from manager Carly apologizing for the delay and offering a credit for the inconvenience. Wow! I honestly didn’t even think it was taking too long? Just assumed 30-45min was normal for a delivery. Either way, the communication and customer service was excellent!!

I usually dont write reviews especially bad reviews, but i have ordered multiple times delivery to my work, down the road. And they claim its "freaky fast" but the last few times ive ordered it has taken almost and HOUR for food to be delivered; and by that time my bread is soggy from mayo and hard from the bread, and then today my pickle looked rotten.Its very frustrating.
