Jose's is our go to restaurant while in the Dells area. Love the atmosphere and the chicken nachos. Just discovered the bacon ranch fries which were delicious.

Good food, good atmosphere! We got mango margaritas (a virgin one for the 3 year old she loved it!) and a michelada. My husband gave that 3 out of 5. The salsa was good, no spice really. The sauce they gave with the chips and salsa was odd. I got the flautas with chicken, it had really good flavor. The beans and rice were good. My husband liked his meal but it was spicier than he thought it was going to be! As someone who doesn’t tap out from heat. He tapped out. I refused to try it lol. It was a Colorado something in the special dinner menu. The waiter stopped by multiple times to check on us. They were fast and polite. The music was good. A little loud but nothing I couldn’t hear over. And enough to drown out my 8 month olds squeals lol. Would definitely recommend. And would go back again.

I have only been here once. Years ago. When I was 13 years old. I ordered a glass of tamarindo and it was the best thing to have EVER touched my tongue. I am serious when I say I dream about how good that food was. Highly recommend. I would be going here all of the time if I wasn’t hours away from it.
