My sister and I had stopped in for a quick bite after some shopping, after ordering we sat down and it took 5 minutes for our food, not bad, but we didnt receive the rootbeer float or ketchup that we requested. After realizing we tried to ask for said items at the counter, but there was no worker in sight and we had to wait for a car to pull up to the drive through before being noticed, took 10ish minutes. When my sister brought the float back to the table it fizzed everywhere. While waiting for our food I got a fountain drink, but the drink area was filthy, lids, sodas, and straw wrappers everywhere.

We stopped a few weeks ago (just getting time to write my review) WORST PLACE TO EAT!
To start with the restaurant was discussing almost every table had crumbs or food left on it from previous dinners. The bathroom I used before we left was discussing. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned properly for a few days. We came in went to the counter stood there for t minutes or longer before someone even acknowledged us. (3-4 workers only worried about drive through with 2 vehicles in it) Once someone came over to help we got poor service. Didn't say hi or anything just what you you like. As I stated to order my meal we get to the drink part and he then tells me of our soda machines are down all you can get it some kind of punch so I said that's fine but the punch didn't work either so I just had water. Our food came out and let me tell you I have never took a bite and put a piece of chicken down so fast. It was so fried that it was dried out and tasted like it had been sitting for hours after fried once and then refried to warm up. So I decided to eat my sides for a few bites into my Mac and cheese to get a nasty piece of I think chicken mixed into it. I was so discussed I threw my food away and left. I know I should have said something to someone working and I would have but I went and stood by the counter for a little while nobody came to the counter to help me. I was also kind of in a rush and had to get back to work. But I have never had a bad experience at a KFC like I did this one. I would say if you're looking for chicken you're better off going to dairy Queen for chicken strips then coming here. Very disappointed in this location.

Slowest store ever... I had pickup last night for doordash for a famous bowl and some Mac n cheese 24 minutes wait I contacted doordash and walked away store is now blocked on my dasher app.. Till they finaly hire some people that wanna work I am not picking up from there again.. I love KFC chicken but that's not fair for any gig delivery driver 5 to 7 dollar orders and u have to wait more than 20 min just for pickup redicilous...

Worst pickup as doordash er ever 4 times in last week I had to go there everytime I waited more than 10 minutes one. Time we had to wait 24 minutes for a 8pc chicken.. This place is redicilous slow and people rather talk about trucks and parts they wanna buy than actually work.. Sad to see such a great food go down the drain because the new generation don't like to actually work

Absolutely awful service! Going through the drive through she always makes you pull up when no one is behind you. Went through tonight 10-21 @ 9:30pm. Waited forever so long that I drove around again to the window. Yo then the chick asks me, 4 piece!? Like I’m literally the only customer there dude!!! Then I went to front doors to o& they are locked. I see her & another chick & she tells me, I’m sorry I’m the only one here. Which is not true. They licked the front door an he to close too. This store is awful! & the food got me sick!!!! Barf 🤮

Place seems very dirty along with many of its workers. There are multiple that you can smell. One sounds like shes always outa breath . I've only had two people seem clean (they handed me my food) . On multiple occasions ive order a root beer freeze as they ar my favorite. More than not the drink/desert will come out melted as its supposed to be almost a slushie texture.
Went to go through drive through and was told there would be a 15 minute wait for anything we ordered. No idea why but we couldn't easily leave the line.

I love a good fried chicken. But KFC has been closing their outlets left and right. But I can see why because the pride and quality isn't there anymore. I ordered a bucket of original fried chicken. After 30 min drive home. I discovered that the breadings were peeling off and it's never the golden brown look breading that it used to be. I should have took a picture.

Ordered $55 in food. They messed up most of order. Nothing like getting back to eat to find out it’s messed up and I paid for things that I never received!! Wrote KFC never received anything back. Super long wait! Go somewhere else
