Subject: Issue with Recent Order - Missing Items, Quality, and Packaging Concerns

I recently placed an order with your store as a special treat for myself, my friend, and my kids. Unfortunately, I’m currently bed-bound with a knee injury, so this was meant to be a unique experience, especially given that the bill is $110 on food, tax, severe fees, and tips. We have a vegan who can't eat meat, and things were labeled poorly even though we used the split option that allows you to put a name on the order. My loaded potato meal had two small potato slices, plus I paid extra for Philly meat.
Here are the other issues we encountered:
• One of the containers arrived slightly open, which likely caused one of the bags to be very oily and soaked through my bed sheets.
• The kids’ raspberry tea cup was empty, and my Pepsi was missing entirely.
• Additionally, the food was not labeled, which caused more stress as I tried to sort things out from bed.
While my kids were excited about ordering out, the experience was disappointing.
We stop here whenever in the Dells. It's really worth it. The food is good, the service is quick, bathrooms are clean, and plenty of open seating.

The staff lady was super nice. She asked me if I wanted blue cheese on my buffalo Mac, a question I have never been asked before. When I said no she offered me ranch instead. Super super sweet lady and was running around like crazy doing online orders and helping me. Very sweet lady and definitely made me like this location better than the one in Madison that’s right next to my work.

I love the food. This is a counter service restaurant. You order at the counter and they will bring the food to your seat. It's similar to culvers in that respect but the food is very good. I personally prefer full service table ordering but I would continue to go here. This is a new favorite for me. Delicious.

Large variety of macaroni and cheese dishes. I had the one with pulled pork. My wife and I shared a large one and we were satisfied.
Parking: Handicap parking is available.
Kid-friendliness: Many kids their while we ate.
Wheelchair accessibility: Did not need, but they can accommodate.

An absolute must stop! Mac so good it’s hard to slow down and actually chew cuz each bite is so flavorful and delicious. Foreal tho this is everything you could want in a Mac n cheese restaurant. So many amazing options and all of them are flippin the best you’ve ever had, I guarantee. Also do not skip out on the insane cheesecake. Sooo good

Really good food! High calories, lots of cheese and other wonderful flavors. On the expensive side but it's the Dells, everything is expensive here. I'd say the food is better than anything at the resorts and there is easy parking. Good place to bring a group or a bunch of kids. Very short wait in line.
Parking: I had room for my truck and camper in the parking lot.

A little dated with the furniture, but that seems to be the motif. Delicious Mac. However I suggest you get it GF. Comes with chopped potatoes. So good!!!
Dietary restrictions: Great option to get any Mac GF. Instead of noodles, you get chopped potatoes.
