Nice place for healthy options on the Dells. Salads were very large and very good. Chicken tortilla soup was also excellent. A few TVs around as well for sporting events was a nice touch. Definitely a return trip forthcoming.

Worst location we've ever eaten at. Writing this review at 4am with severe food poisoning. Both my spouse and I. In 14 years together, I've never seen him puke. Corporate, please do something about this location. You've been warned.
Didn't get to eat here because they have no dine in option after 7pm although still open, so we left
Ok food terrible service and restaurant was busy but super quiet. I would recommend some light background music.

This location is a hot mess. Staff up front were unprofessional and one of them seemed drunk.
The kids sandwich was made wrong and the soup and kids drink were not in the bag. I had to go back in the restaurant to get them.
There was one other group of three when I was there picking up, and they seemed annoyed.
I've had McAlisters about a dozen times while traveling the Midwest over the years, and this experience was a colossal disappointment.

I have to say our order was not what was expected. We ordered multiple kids pretzel dog meals with milks. We ended up with only one milk and the pretzel dogs looked like they had been in an oven for an unreasonable amount of time, See attached photo.

In town for the night saw there was a McAlister's nearby. I love me some McAlister's. Went to get food and they are closed on a Tuesday. What's the deal with that. So disappointed.

Food was absolutely amazing.....by the time we got what we actually ordered.Saw the ad for the new honey BBQ pork so I ordered the half sandwich and half nachos, and my partner ordered the half sandwich and half spud. Food came out, and it was only a full order of nachos and a full spud. While waiting for the food, the manager was speaking to another employee about the interviews they did and why they aren't going hire this person or if that person is late they aren't getting hired just right out at the counter for everyone to hear. I just feel that is extremely rude and unprofessional.I won't even go into the absolutely vile conversations the kitchen staff were having that everyone in the dining area could hear.

Saturday afternoon at 4:30 pm. Not crowded, but still took 30 minutes for a salad and a potato to arrive. The lettuce was frozen. They forgot the chicken on the southwest chicken salad. The staff seems unmotivated. No background music so the place felt like a funeral parlor with everyone whispering. All around bad experience.
