While I was waiting for my food, the window was open,as well as my cars. And when I tell u I had to hols my breath, it was bad. The girl looked ans smelt like the fryer. I pray for the other employes. Nobody should be around that smell for a long period of time. It may be toxic. Please do somthing mcdonalds

Came through a couple hours ago. The girl at thw first windows was polite, and honestly was the best person I've ever had take my order. She explained the meals very well ans got me a good deal. She also looked presentable, nails done,hair up, etc. I got to the second windows, ans holy Moly the stench was strong. Greasy hair. If I see her I will just pull away. Please take a shower. Meal deal was great!

What in the world. One of the employees looked like they dipped her head in the fry grease and if im being honest she smelled like it too. My car has air fresheners and I could smell the worst smell from the car. I almost drove away because I was (not even jokeing) gagging. However when i reached the second window the people looked decent (that I didnt smell from the car). They where very nice to me and (call me weird) but they made sure I had my 12 sugars and 12 creams in my coffee.

I enjoyed my food, but this girl who was at the first window was...something, she smelt like she hadn't showered in days/weeks and her hair was slicked back with grease. Mcdonalds, do something about your workers hygiene.

I did have one problem my food was ice cold like it just came out of the freezer but I let the manager and the person at the window that and they fixed it right away they do a very good job with there work that they do

If I could give less than one star I would! It was FILTHY inside the place (tables, soda fountain area, floors) absolutely disgusting!! The food was so bad we threw away our ENTIRE order and left!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN

Formerly my go-to spot in town, but I've resorted to blowing my app points and avoiding this spot. I ordered pretty regularly and the following has been my experience during my last three visits, all between April-May 2025. First, I once received a four-piece mcnugget instead of the new tenders. I had to drive back across town to exchange the items (They didn't let me keep the nugs). Ultimately, not a huge deal and I'm sure this has happened to everyone at some point. The following visit, I ordered two large fries only to find them barely half full and one even had the bottom pushed up a little extra, adding to my disappointment. I understand the fries settle in the bag, but it was a bit suspicious. I thought about writing my review then, but held my tongue. But I felt like my hand was forced after I received stale fries during my most recent visit. I'm hoping there are some new hires that just need a little time to train because I'm pretty disappointed at the sudden drop in quality.
