We ordered two big breakfast platters 1 tiny orange juice priced at almost $4 we got three big breakfast platters and no hash browns we ordered the big breakfast for the hash browns not the big breakfast. Second time going to this McDonald's and it's the second time they screwed our order up. It probably doesn't affect anything when you review a company as large as McDonald's but props to the Baraboo McDonald's for them hiring the older retired people who have to go back to work to try and make ends meet in this economy. Maybe if they gave them more important roles there we would get the right orders as it seems the younger generation just doesn't get customer service

Had a burrito meal one had a hair in it. Mad me gag and spit out the bite. The other had no dam cheese. And when I paid with cash they had to get change from the safe making the line wait longer. Very frustrating

Today in your restaurant, a serious mistake and a major sanitation violation occurred. I found a hair in my burger. I have a photo of it, and it is definitely not mine. I was driving to work, trying to eat my breakfast, and instead I was gagging behind the wheel while pulling someone’s hair out of my mouth.
Are you out of your mind? Should I report this to the health department? What is going on there? Things like this keep happening. I even stopped complaining about the cold cappuccino that I always get, because all I receive are automated responses.
But today was beyond all acceptable limits. I don’t want any vouchers for a free burger or coffee — you can keep them. Please, make sure your restaurant follows proper health and safety standards for your customers.

Best McDonald's I have been to in a long time! We have kids and therefore lots of special requests. Each meal was prepared exactly as we ordered it and the fries were delicious and salty (the most important part of any McDonald's meal, imho).
The last 4 time I have gone to mc Donald's I have had troubles ordering. The people at the drive thru claim they cant hear even tho we speak loudly and clear. Its Also very difficult to understand what they are saying. The lady who attended to us today had us pull up to the second Window. She still had trouble understanding us . Along with the last couple times I have ordered their new tropic popping refresher they weren't mixed very well.(today(10/19/25) it wasnt mixed at all.) It also has significantly less Boba than other mc Donald's give you . Everyone surrounding bataboo gives you an appropriate amount. Where they were giving just enough to cover the bottom .

The ice cream machine will always be down if you go after like 6pm no exceptions. These employees are so lazy they close their ice cream machine and go with the classic excuse ‘oh it’s broken’ constantly. There is absolutely no reason it should be this difficult to get a chocolate shake at 7pm. Guess I’ll have to run the extra mile to Wendy’s.

I ordered one Fish fillet , meal and one fish fillet. There was no one behind us. We waited for quite a long time. They told us to pull up, they bring it out when they brought it out. Everything was cold. We assumed we were getting fresh food, this is why we were waiting so long. Went through drive through.
