Gave app code for free food (fries). When to pay window and fries rang up full price. When asked for refund manager would not help and make correction. Totally unsatisfactory result. Poor customer service.

Our only negative thing was that we had questions using the kiosks and had trouble getting the attention of real people.
They forgot to give me my frappe and they aren’t answering their phone 🙄

ZERO STARS. Had to pull forward in drive thru. Ok. It happens. BUT I do not expect the 3 cars behind me getting their food before me. THEN after giving food to the car behind. me, the worker comes up to my car to ask what am I waiting for. Wheni said my food and gave him my receipt he says ohi think that's done. Well....it takes another 4 minutes for them to bring my food. Cold dead fries that were inedible. Total time from order taken to received food...25 minutes... In drive thru..DO BETTER

Went thru drive thru was skipped twice in different lines. ( I moved lines thinking first intercom didn’t work.) expressed my frustration after they finally came on to which I was recieved with them talking about me in Spanish joke was on them I spoke Spanish. They claimed to be busy (2 people ahead of me and both were the ones they skipped me for!) at no point did they apologize and they wrapped up a horrible unprofessional experience by getting my order wrong! Called left a voicemail and ways to reach me and have yet to hear from anyone with an apology or a way to refund my money! This location has solidified my never spending money with this brand due to what I can only express as a racist experience.
