My husband and I ordered online and then went through the drive through here at around 8:30 pm on March 31st, 2024. We chose it because it was so close (only a couple of minutes drive) to the Great Wolf Lodge, where we were staying the night. When we got there, there were four cars ahead of us in line, and it took about 10-15 minutes before we reached the speaker where my husband gave his name and online order number. The parking lot seemed fairly empty otherwise.We were told to go to the next window where there seemed to be some confusion over my husband's name (Caleb), what he had ordered, and whether he'd already paid or not (he had). After receiving our receipt from the first window, we waited for several minutes at the next window while the man inside also seemed to be sorting things out. When he gave us our food, he seemed annoyed, but it was the correct order.And in regards to what we ordered, my husband's crispy chicken sandwich, and both of our orders of fries were delicious and as ordered. I also ordered a double hamburger without a bun, cheese, or onions, and including pickles, lettuce, ketchup, and mustard. I have food sensitivities so when my husband and I occasionally order from McDonalds, this works well. The burger I received had no condiments, just lettuce and pickles, and both patties were noticeably smaller than I've received from other locations previously. It was still tasty and I was glad for the option, but for $3.99, it wasn't something I would have ordered if I knew what it would come like.Overall, the experience wasn't incredible, but not a huge surprise from a McDonalds on a Sunday night in the Dells. As long as you're not expecting anything high-class or gourmet, you'll probably get about what you're expecting.Dietary restrictions: I have gluten and dairy allergies, so I was glad for the option to customize my burger (i.e. take off the bun and cheese). However, I was disappointed by the lack of condiments and small amounts of other toppings (less lettuce and pickles than my husband typically has on his normal burgers). It's a solid option in a pinch, but not something I'd do regularly.

Worst customer service and experience out of hundreds of McDonald’s I have been to. Waited ten minutes for 2 bagels and 2 McMuffins all for them to forget the hashbrowns. No care given in the world by every employee. Do not go here!

The drive thru had 3 cars in it and we still ended up waiting 35 min to get the wrong order when I went in to try to fix it they tried charging me again the language barrier was extremely hard to get through was not a great experience with kids being hungry and thinking it would be a quick meal

We had to buy one get one free sandwich and I got two bagels they said that it’s excluded and they said that they can’t do it because they’re not sandwiches. I understand places are busy and everything and everybody makes mistakes but these people just didn’t know what they were doing. They were rude it was just horrible service. The tables were dirty. I worked at McDonald’s for 20 years, and I never had a place like thisThat didn’t know what they where doing I was just upset with my experience, and I would never come back here after what happened here
