Had a cake made for my granddaughters b-day and they hit it out of the park. Had to have a pecan bun for the way home and was delicious. Highly recommend.
Ordered our wedding cake from here and it turned out fantastic. Staff was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. And it was delicious!!

We are lucky enough to enjoy their goodies at least once a year and what a treat beats anything we have in Washington I think it's because they use the best ingredients, like real butter real vanilla everything taste fresh like it was just made I wish they would pack up and move to Leavenworth!

Been coming getting donuts for a long time !!!!what happened to the donuts .....the frosting looks like they don't care .. only about 1/4 we're done .. I didn't want to be rude and walk out ... I feel like a lot of money was wasted ... They didn't even taste good .. terrible.

My family members are apple fritter experts. We were so excited when we found the best right here in Baraboo. However, this week, I dropped by to pick up four apple fritters and some other goodies to make Christmas week extra special. To our disappointment, one small soft dot of apple mush was found in only one of the four fritters. The other three were just dough and the other goodies were nothing to be excited about! Very BAD! For the price that was charged, I would of expected to get the products I have been receiving in the past. This was a crime! I can get this quality from any grocery store! I can truly say this changed my mind about this bakery and it's products! Shame on You!

Tried the donut holes at the farmer’s market in Madison. They were SO good I had to buy a few varieties of flavors. The door county cherry flavor was fabulous! Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend them for any occasion big or small. I would add a picture of our cake but it won’t let me.

Ordered wedding cake and sheet cakes for guests. Sheet cakes were STELLAR. Couples' cake was dry, but Neato's has reached out to make it right (not necessary, but super kind). Staff in the shop were really helpful! Best prices in area for wedding cakes. Would strongly recommend. Changing review to a 5- they reached out to ask about our couples' cake which was super kind.
We had a cookie and a donut from here, and they were both delicious! The employees were very friendly, and it was a great atmosphere. We look forward to going back and trying something else soon. We recommend this bakery!

Hats off to Neat-O's Bake Shoppe. I left a message Thursday after hours to see if they were able to make a dozen bee themed donuts for a birthday party and have it ready for pickup on Saturday. I got a call Friday saying they were able to accommodate my request. I stopped by Saturday and they were perfect! Thanks to the staff for making my daughter's birthday a little more special! I've uploaded a picture of some of the donuts.
