Orders online at 4:15pm and didn’t get home with food until 5:45pm due to how slow the employees were. When food got home we realized the order was incorrect. Had to return to the store to get it fixed. They didn’t have enough cheese bread to complete our order and offered a refund.

Employees seemed to be teenagers without a manager present. They were playing loud music that included inappropriate lyrics (f-word and n-word) that customers could hear, and employees were using cuss words in front of customers. Completely inappropriate. Super dissatisfied with this experience.

We like Papa Murphy's but this location is dirty and dusty. We don't go there because it's unhygienic. Even when it's not busy they could use the time to clean instead of standing in the backroom. They also work very slowly and I got ignored multiple times until they were done with the pizzas before me.

Apparently if you show up 9 minutes before they close they will inform you that they close in 9 minutes and will not prepare you an uncooked pizza.

Only 1 person working around dinner time. Was struggling to use the computer. Didn’t know the specials, and wasn’t charging correctly. Took a while for my order to be done with other customers in the store. The phone kept ringing and she didn’t answer it. Terrible service today!

Great service but food was terrible. Got 3 different kinds of pizza. The toppings were fresh and good but the sauce and dough were not good. The sauce on the BBQ chicken pizza was terrible. Way over priced. Ordered to support school fundraiser much better deals with other places.

This is the best run papa Murphy's I've been to they are fast efficient and my order is always right on point and the general manager is so great she's always on the move and makes sure it's always
