Great little blue collar bar! Laura was our tender/cook and she did an awesome job... an EXCELLENT tender. My only downside is the base box attached to the juke box, you don't hear the music here, you FEEL it. Perhaps they have a younger crowd and that's what they want so who am I to complain, lol. I'm 55 and used to own a tavern. If I ever bought a bar again I'd certainly try to hire that tender Laura, and if her bosses read this she deserves every penny your paying her an then some! (Laura, I know I botched the spelling of your name here, sorry lol. was it Lora?) Food - Excellent Service - can't find better Atmosphere - Looks/comfort/cleanliness is great... but that darn base... not so much.

The bartender was unbelievably rude. Me and five other friends came in ready to get a meal. She meticulously went through our ID’s reading them off and making comments about them to other guests. We told her before she started, one of us was not 21 but he would not be drinking. She insisted after checking all the other ID’s to see his and promptly kicked us out. Saying “he can’t be in here” Legally, he can be in there. You just can’t serve him alcohol.
It was a fairy hurtful experience as we tried to reassure our friend (who turned 21 next month) that not all bars were like that. I don’t know what her problem was.
