Super healthy high quality organic, plant based and gluten free ingredients...with the best flavors and textures ever, and made with love!! I was in pure bliss after eating of of her mini "cheeze cakes" this weekend...mind blown at how delicious it was. I have always loved her catered dinners a d brunches too, and her packaged products are amazing and so handy. I highly recommend Raw Kurious Kafe and booking Amanda for your special event!

Last month I attended the Raw Kurious Luncheon to learn more about the benefits of eating raw vegetables. The owner Amanda put together an AMAZING buffet of raw dishes and discussed their specific health benefits. She is a wealth of knowledge and an incredible chef. I had no idea you could do so many delicious things with raw veggies. I hope RAW KURIOUS offers cooking classes soon because I wanna eat like that every day!

What an amazing meal I had here the other night! Candlelight, funny friendly people and one delicious dish after another. The dinner we had was not totally raw, which was a welcome surprise in the middle of winter! Thanks Amanda and all good wishes for your continued success.
