This Starbucks is a standout location with exceptional staff who go above and beyond. They are friendly, efficient, and accurate with orders, even with complicated requests. The baristas make customers feel special, as seen on a birthday visit. However, there was an unfortunate incident at a different location on Black Friday, where a customer was turned away due to closure of the drive-through. Fortunately, the staff at this Baraboo Starbucks location showed kindness and understanding, offering a complimentary drink to make up for the mistake. The staff, particularly Autumn, provided excellent customer service, lifting the customer's spirits during a rough week.
