Please believe me when I tell you…I am never one to write a review or complain about things, honestly. My first experience here I was met with a very unfriendly young lady who seemed like she was having a bad day. She was throwing stuff on the sandwich like she was mad at it. No eye contact, no greeting, no thank you/goodbye. Second time was today. Walked in and there was a young lady, very kind, working the counter. There was one man ahead of us…she took about 15 minutes to make his sandwich. Her English didn’t seem the best but we worked thru it. I had already been there 15-20 minutes before she started with us. Wondering why there was only one person working, another young lady popped out of the men’s bathroom (after 20 minutes). She started helping the other girl making our food then stopped to answer the phone. We did want three sandwiches made but decided to have her just make the one because of how long it would’ve taken. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, for ONE sandwich, took 32 minutes! Absurd and ridiculous. I will never enter this subway again, I will never order from here anymore. I was so aggravated with the employees and their lack of….well, everything! I really don’t even understand how they have a job with that work ethic. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible experience. Feel bad posting this, but unfortunately it happened.
Went in around 7pm on a Saturday. They close at 9pm.
It was the guys last day working there. He made it very clear to the other person working there that he was not going to be staying late. He was not in any way interested in helping us. We waited for quite a while. He was so rude to the people ahead of us (mom and younger child). The other worker was just trying to get their online orders completed. When we finally got our sandwiches made, he wouldn't ring us up so we stood there for a while until they could figure out who was going to actually take our money.
Then we went to go sit down and eat our sandwiches. The guys who's last day it was told us the lobby was closed and we had to leave. We are not local, we were just passing thru. So we had to eat in the car. Which Subway that isn't ideal for us. Thankfully I didn't have children or I would have been furious. They didn't close for 2 hours and he was continually talking about how he wasn't about to stay late on his last day or put in any effort.
Either way, I felt really bad for the other employee working there. I think Alexander was their name. They didn't deserve that. Also, don't ever rehire that dude.

I have ordered subway on the app maybe two times over the last 8 months. Both times were at the Linn St Baraboo location. First experience was an online app order for pick up. When I walked into the store I was the only person. It took about ten minutes of standing there before anyone acknowledged me or even asked if I was there for a pick-up or to order in-store. They had also forgotten the avocado and a couple of other toppings. The second time was when I recently ordered two Subs, and what do you know both of them were missing toppings. One of them avocado which was basically the staple of the sandwich. I was told numerous times a Manager would get into contact with me. That has not happened yet. It's going on three weeks. It's sad when you pay for something that you don't recieve or receive at sub par level. Guess the take away here is you can't use the app unless you're in the store while using it. But most of all the manager doesn't follow through with anything they say. They definitely don't care about customer satisfaction or integrity.

Entering the store to get 1 subWas told it's going to be a wait ,I happen to be the only person wanting to order one guy was eating. Then the man behind the counter said that he had to make a bunch of mobile orders and pizzas. I actually drove there to buy a sub , you would think being I was standing there in person they could have made 1 sub , Customer service is terrible it wasn't like he was the only person working.I will not be doing business there again.

Okay..wow. I opened my sub, and tell me why a fruit fly comes flying at me like a soldier ready for war. I felt like I was stealing its food at that point. It made me no longer even want to eat it, even my friends felt like I was robbing the fruit fly at that point. I’m not sure why there was a fruit fly wrapped in there with my sub, but get better…
