Worst customer service I’ve had in my life, got a work call that didn’t take more then 1 minute and apparently you guys have a time limit on drive thru that gives employee the right to treat customers like shit. horrible service and manager on her side not trying to apologize just laughing of her cow-worker mocking me thinking it’s funny to laugh or copy customer who are paying for their salaries totally not ok.

Bad customer service this morning! Food was horrible! Girl at the window had a very poor attitude! When called back was told to give review so someone would contact me didn’t know how to contact district manager didn’t know the number to make complaint! Hope they can find people who appreciate their jobs instead of acting like she did!

Their drive through is always SO SLOW. It's not even funny what should take 5 minutes takes 10 or more. Something as simple as a small frosty.

Staff was friendly. Chicken was woody. Not the staff's fault. I tried the Cheeto chicken sandwich and was mildly irritated to find that the only meal option was the one that comes with a bag of Cheetos and the Cheetos fries. I just wanted it in a meal with a different side. Also not the staff's fault. I don't eat much beef anymore, but it'll definitely be what I stick to when I ever go to a Wendy's again. That's always consistent.

When I ordered through the AI menu board it put an order in for 4 frosties. The manager seemed like she had an attitude about correcting the mistake. I tried my fries and the texture was like they had been under the heat lamp for an hour plus. I'm disappointed about my first experience at the new Wendy's!

Food is usually on part for a Wendy's, however their soda machine has been malfunctioning and spraying people with flavor juice, and their floors are so greasy you can hardly stand up in the place. When told about the messy soda machine and shown the spray all over my shirt, no recompense was offered, and only a hall arsed apology offered...

Needs work.
