The shakes look pretty, but they're awful. Don't waste your money on these. I shelled out almost 70 bucks for 5 shakes and no one could even finish half of theirs.

Start by saying, it's Thanksgiving. It's understandable employees would rather be with their families. However, the food had obviously been sitting out for hours. It was 7:39. It listed as closing at 10:00. There was no cheese pizza out. I asked the staff member and was told there was none left. I asked if that was for the rest of the night. She opened the kitchen door and said there would be one more in 15 minutes. I'm guessing there was no one in the kitchen. The hotdogs were sitting so long in the warmer in the buns that they were soaked. Several condiment pumps were empty. The most frustrating part was that the staff kept talking to each other in Spanish (I speak Spanish) but don't think that's appropriate when you visually assume that I do not. Three staff members in there. She asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt. I said yes. It was only a copy of the card charge so I asked for the itemized copy because she also printed that for the store. She rolled her eyes and let out an audible groan. They had a tip jar. I most definitely would have left a good tip for food service and food. I hope management is checking in on their staff.

Shakes are garbage, they blend ice in with the ice cream instead of milk and it makes it terrible. For $13, you'd think they wouldn't be terrible but they are. Absolutely will never be buying one

Cherish!! What a pleasure to be served by this Gem, sweet and friendly and has an abundance of life, conversation was excellent with service skills that exceeded my expectations. Thank you and the staff at this establishment.

It was a pretty penny for a shake. They really hyped up the waffle shake and it was okay. I would not get it again. The mug is kind of cool I guess as a souvenir, but a chocolate shake without all the stuff and it would probably have been better than what. This was an interesting idea and concept but just wasn't that
