This use to be the place I always get my ice cream. I went there yesterday and got a milk shake. Not even 30 mins after finishing I it started getting severe diarrhea. Had to go to the bathroom every 20 mins for 5/6 hours. Today I woke up nauseous still having to go to the bathroom. Got e.coil from it. Really bad bacteria. I’ve never experienced this before. I don’t know if it was due to unclean utensils or bad milk they used; either way I won’t be getting anything from there anymore.

Great place but the policy of tipping employees direct is weird. So I assume nobody does it. Well I do it. Customers like to passively tip so they're not the center of attention. Bring back a tip jar like other businesses.

This place has basically become my corner bar. The barkeepers are very helpful and cordial. One of the barkeepers even set me up with a double Beach Day a day or two before he was supposed to open up the cartons.

Not the clean shop with fresh ice cream any more. Lots of the tubs were melted and the freezers were not clean with ice cream melting over the edge of the stainless steel. One of the employees even pointed out that it was messy like that when they got there. I had a scoop of the black walnut, I should have tried it first. The nuts had gone rancid and had a musky, moldy aftertaste, it ended up going down the drain.

This is the 31 flavors location I grew up going to and on Sunday we came back 40 years later and nothing has changed! Best ice cream ever! Amazing! ❤️
I love Baskin Robbins in general! I absolutely love the way the Brown Deer Road location stocks thier ice creams to go! I live closer to west Bend so I have gone to this location 5 times in the past year. My favorite flavor is chocolate chip. I love getting the pre packed ice cream. Every time I have gone there they never gave it packed to go! How disappointing. Today I go there and of course they don’t have it again! I ask the server if they have any packed in the freezer. They do not. I get a hand packed quart iof my favorite chocolate chip. Since it says 2 quarts for 10.99, I grab another flavor in the cooler. I say we’ll it’s 2 for 10.99. He tells me, no the one I’m getting is hand packed and it takes more time so I don’t get the deal. I say we’ll you don’t have the flavor I like in the cooler. He says we’ll chocolate chip is very popular and we’re out. I say if it’s that popular maybe you should put more in the freezer. He says they only get so much of the chocolate chip. I say why don’t you order more to meet the needs of the customers. Why should I now pay 8.99 for one quart???? If I went to the Brown Deer location that would NEVER be a. Issue. I have been going to that North shore location for 10 years and gave never experienced this. Something to think about for the management team. If your demand is high, why don’t you just stock what sells unless you just want to charge the 8.99 per quart and not the deal. This sucks!
