“This was our 4th time at 5 O'clock -- if you are looking for a great steak and an authentic Wisconsin supper-club, this is the place. Relish trays, wild, exuberant decor, and lots of energy. We had petit filets and a bone-in ribeye and they were all cooked perfectly and served in an au jus sauce. Very nice sear on the steaks. We also ordered onion rings and asparagus as sides -- very healthy portions for both and they were cooked nicely and arrived hot. Our appetizer was something I have never had or seen before "bacon sticks" -- and they were great tho I felt like my chance of a heart attack went up a few points while I was eating them. Basically, they were like long strips of crispy pork belly; super salty and smoky.”

“We loved Sprecher! The tour is totally worth it, our guide TJ did a phenomenal job. My son is a huge root beer fan, which is what brought us there, but we all left as fans of the brewery too. The drinks were great, the merchandise was fun, and the whole experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!”

“What a great find. Nice place, great energy. The service from hostess, bartender, waiter, and food runner was prompt, polite, and sincere. Food was excellent. The queso was flavorful, melty, and delicious paired with the lovely bread, and assortment of fruits. The empanadas were the obvious stars of the show - soft billowy outer shells that had a nice bite, filled with delicious stuffings. Dessert was great as well, opting for that sinful cookie bar with ice cream.”

“Excellent recent experience. We visited on a Thursday afternoon. That made our tour group very small, just two adults. Very welcoming greetings with the staff. The best part is the presentation of the tour. If you enjoy great presentations of history, neat tidbits you might not get from videos or books, this is definitely for you. Looking forward to return visits with friends and family. Highly recommend.”

It was our Valentine’s Day date-I had the chicken/pork combo plate with carrot pineapple slaw and macaroni salad, my husband has the Hawaiian breakfast. Excellent all around—the POG juice leveled it up even more. I love this place, and I am gladly adding it to my favorites/must haves when we get visitors.”
