Not the clean shop with fresh ice cream any more. Lots of the tubs were melted and the freezers were not clean with ice cream melting over the edge of the stainless steel. One of the employees even pointed out that it was messy like that when they got there. I had a scoop of the black walnut, I should have tried it first. The nuts had gone rancid and had a musky, moldy aftertaste, it ended up going down the drain.

I love Baskin Robbins in general! I absolutely love the way the Brown Deer Road location stocks thier ice creams to go! I live closer to west Bend so I have gone to this location 5 times in the past year. My favorite flavor is chocolate chip. I love getting the pre packed ice cream. Every time I have gone there they never gave it packed to go! How disappointing. Today I go there and of course they don’t have it again! I ask the server if they have any packed in the freezer. They do not. I get a hand packed quart iof my favorite chocolate chip. Since it says 2 quarts for 10.99, I grab another flavor in the cooler. I say we’ll it’s 2 for 10.99. He tells me, no the one I’m getting is hand packed and it takes more time so I don’t get the deal. I say we’ll you don’t have the flavor I like in the cooler. He says we’ll chocolate chip is very popular and we’re out. I say if it’s that popular maybe you should put more in the freezer. He says they only get so much of the chocolate chip. I say why don’t you order more to meet the needs of the customers. Why should I now pay 8.99 for one quart???? If I went to the Brown Deer location that would NEVER be a. Issue. I have been going to that North shore location for 10 years and gave never experienced this. Something to think about for the management team. If your demand is high, why don’t you just stock what sells unless you just want to charge the 8.99 per quart and not the deal. This sucks!

Throwback! Recently went into Baskin Robbins for the first time since I was a kid. It was a quite the hot day, so to no surprise the place was slammed. This is only a small store, with maybe 2 or 3 tables and a few high seats near the front window. I could be wrong but I didn't see any outdoor/patio seating. Because the place was so busy, it was tough to see all of the ice cream options. It sure looked like there were "31 flavors" though! Because we couldn't make it all the way around, I opted for the first one that stuck out to me - oreo s'more. Omg. I very rarely have treats like, but dang was it good. Literally tasted like a perfect swirl of graham cracker and marshmallow flavored ice cream, with add chunks of oreo. Just one scoop was enough for me.They have this cute option for kids called Creature Creations, which is essentially a scoop of ice cream with a theme - dinosaur, unicorn, or alien. Our son loves dinos so we went with that one (see photo). To no surprise, he loved the chocolate and sprinkles! Plus it came with a dinosaur crown he wore on our way out of the shop. Beyond just regularly-served ice cream, here you'll find customizable cakes and pies, malts, sundaes, polar pizza (aka cookie pie w ice cream), bakery treats, and beverages. Basically anything and everything to satisfy your sweet tooth.

I was greeted and served right away, despite there being several customers in the store, so my compliments to management for having staffed the store adequately. The young man who packed my pint of Gold Medal Ribbon also weighed the container, I presume in order to ensure the proper amount was provided, which I appreciate. He was a bit messy with it, though, as he tried to check me out for the purchase with globs of ice cream sticking to the outside of the carton. He did wipe it promptly when I requested him to do so, and offered to bag my purchase, as well. Overall, not a bad experience in a fairly busy small store with limited seating.

I was standing in line for about 5 minutes awaiting my turn , some people were Getting samples other people were finishing up orders so I was just waiting for my turn, 2 other women walked in after me and were immediately helped as I was ignored for an additional 3 minutes which is a long time to be standing around waiting for a doordash order. That's already paid for. The young lady that ignored me the 1st time then did agin and jumpped right to another to assist before acknowledging me.... Eventually a young man with glasses offered assistance and some type of customer service, but for this to be my 1st time at this location I am so turned off , and disappointed that I surly won't be back.but who knows that was probably the purpose of that treatment.
Our Granddaughter was so happy with her spiderman ice cream cake! We all agreed that it was perfect & left our taste buds crying out .... "MORE PLEASE!"

Date of visit: 9/19/22 I received a coupon in the mail for two free double scoops (not sure why they thought I was new to the neighborhood, but who am I to turn down free ice cream?) and that reminded me of just how long it had been since I was at a Baskin-Robbins. This isn't super close to me and with both Kilwin's and Kopp's being far closer, I normally would need a good reason (like a coupon) to get me up here. The place was fairly busy when we got there and it doesn't take much for it to feel cramped. In addition, they were asking what I wanted before I could even get close enough to the counter to see all of the flavors. Yet staff was very friendly and offered great suggestions. Ice cream was pretty good as well!
