Applebee's Grill + Bar

Worst experience ever! Waited 15 minutes to get greeted by waitress, she ended up taking the bar order of people who came in after us and then apologized for doing just that. The Fiesta lime chicken was horrendous, we got our appetizers with our meal. No refills on soda. No manager came to apologize after complaining. Get it together Applebee's!! What a joke!

We went there waited forever to be seated. Then 20 min sitting there and we never were even offered drinks yet. There were barely any customers in there. It was so cold in there also. We got up and left.

Staff literally curse at the customer for asking questions about the bill and payment.

Our server was friendly and efficient and helpful and attentive, food was fresh and tasty, able to customize sides to our diet.

The waitress was great. The food was pretty good not great, but the bathrooms were awful smelly and dirty and the outside landscape. I needed attention when you drove up you didn’t even want to go in.

Service was awesome. Food was better this time. Room was cold where we sat tho. We'll go back after a while.

We were seated and a waiter came over a few minutes later to take our drink order. At that time we ordered drinks and our daughter’s food right away. Someone dropped off our daughter food pretty quick but no drink and she ate half her food and still no drinks. Someone then came over to tell us they were short staffed and our drinks would be out shortly. It took so long that I had to go to my car to get my daughter some water. We could barely hear our waiter Blake g. We were given a bill and put out our card right away. Still waited 15 more minutes and then the waiter dropped my card onto the dirty plates when bringing it back and laughed. I wish they would have told me they were short staffed before I sat down but I believe that was an excuse because the other waiters were doing awesome with their table and my daughters drink was only a bottle of chocolate milk that could have been grabbed in seconds. Overall worst experience.

I came in after a long time traveling and was created with a big smile as a whole sat me down. My server Sophie came over very quickly to ask me my drink and my food order which also arrived quickly and warm. tables were clean and grass seemed to be genuinely happy there. five stars I would come here again. luv

Kordell was our server and he did an excellent job making sure that we had everything we needed. Food was great but the service was top notch

Ordered online 5 hours ahead for pickup. Food finally ready 15 minutes after scheduled time. Ordered chicken and shrimp southwest bowls. Chicken was cold. And no shrimp! We were charged for shrimp for both entrees but neither had shrimp on it. Disappointed as this was our anniversary.

service was slow,drinks getting to the table took forever. severs were friendly, capacity of customers was 10 people at the bar,maybe four tables were taken.
