We used to love eating here but our last experience(first since the remodel)has left us not wanting to go back. Service was great-our server was very nice but running around like crazy(took 15 min just to get a drink order in on a Tuesday @5PM). I got the triple Pasta plate- Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna. The Chicken Parm was a chicken strip with a little bit of marinara and a piece of mozzarella- no noodles or anything, barely any sauce and no flavor, the fettuccine was a mound of gummy noodles(not sure if they were really overcooked or not cooked enough and left sitting) with no flavor and pretty much no sauce the lasanga was good but you only get a very tiny portion(cost $28). And unfortunately the remodel is not great-our table was so close to the one behind us that every time the person behind me moved it hit my chair(constantly through the whole meal) and all the charm is gone from the place. Like I said we used to love eating here for the amazing food-but for the prices now, I will go somewhere else.

I ate at this restaurant for the first time yesterday and I loved it So Much I came back the very next day and ordered the same thing! They made it Exactly like I asked for it and it was very fresh, tasty, and flavorful, and to top that, the customer service was Superb! I will Definitely come here again and recommend it to all my friends.

Our experience was phenomenal! We had the baked onion soup that was absolutely delicious. Then because we THOUGHT we could also have room for the prime beef sandwich 😁. Well the sandwich was enormous 😳. We managed to eat half the sandwich because it smelled as good as it looked. The sandwich was beyond perfection! Needless to say we had leftovers to take home to enjoy much later that day for dinner. I have to give Isabel a 10+ star 🌟 compliment! She was professional and super efficient and the nicest upbeat personality to have as our server. We will return ❤️

Great food made to order. The portions are large. I couldn’t finish my meal. Took the rest home. Pizza and pasta dishes were very good. Service was great as well. Would recommend this place for great Italian food.

Walked into place for quick bite for lunch. Asked if they took Apple Pay payments and waiter said yes. Proceed to sit down at table and waitress never came back to take order walked pass me 5 times and went to back started talking to other staff. Place wasn’t that busy. Very poor service. After 10 minutes I left. However the cook did notice no one came and asked had I been served. I told em it’s ok. And I left

Benvenutos Beaver Dam just there last night.our server Kiandra was right on top of things. Ordered the Benvenutos pizza,way good.could only take half home.my wife ordered the Cobb salad again great. Drinks were well made.my birthday so they brought a small free cake,also good.we drove 40 miles to come here for a special night 🌃🌉 and it was.willbe back.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner last evening. Very clean restaurant with nice ambiance. Our server, Kiandra, was amazing as were the drinks and our dinner choices. We'll definitely return!!!
The food was amazing especially the smashburger with the bacon, tomatoe, and lettuce. It was delicious. It was a friendly and clean atmosphere. The waiter we had was nice as well.

We celebrated our son's wedding rehearsal dinner here. The owner helped us set up a personalized limited menu. The food was top class. The service that night was so great. I highly recommend Benvenutos for your special occasion!

Went out for birthday, wish I had gone to Taco Bell. New seating and menu are horrible, atmosphere crowded. Bartender was LOUDLY talking by the bar continuously. Waitress was nice and attentive, until I go to leave and says she wouldn't like that did a gagging face and sound. Now the food, been going there for years for their pizza and I will never go back. Sausage was mushy and over seasoned, peppers were literally huge chunks and the sauce now is basically blah crushed tomatoes, fresh but just crushed tomatoes. Left with a stomach ache and a bad taste in my mouth.

We ate twice while staying at the near by Comfort Inn and were so pleased that we didn't even consider looking for a different place the second night and we were glad we didn't. Wine for me and my husband loved the IPA on tap and tomato basil soup was soooo good. Our waiter, Sam,the 2nd night was one of the best we have had. The Smothered Chicken had two breasts and my husband never eat more than one each Sam had each with its own serving of grilled asparagus for us. Sam was so professional and yet so relaxed and not hovering but yet knew exactly how to make dinner just the right experience with beautiful surroundings. The first night waitress was great as well and we just had cobb and ceasar salads that were very generous and again no room for dessert. I am sorry I forgot the waitress's name because she too was great! Definitely go to Benenuto's even if you have to drive a fair distance,
