“In our city Pizza Hut is delivered by door dash. I called to confirm our order because we noticed it was a little behind, mind you this in not Pizza Huts fault, we had wonderful costumer service by Nikita. She was extremely apologetic even though this wasn’t her doing as I reassured her we understood this was door dash. I felt heard with her and she seems like a wonderful addition to the Pizza Hut cooperation. She deserves to be recognized.“

“Great pizza with deals going on all the time. Place just opened so the wait time is there when it is busy or they are short staffed. Some of the complaints are valid but people need to remember that people are training and are not perfect. Give it a try at least once and see what you think instead of following nehy sayers.“
