I ordered 2 half subs and chocolate chip cookies during lunchtime through the app. No problems with anything and my sandwiches/cookies were perfect. I’ll definitely go back to the BD Cousins. I went through the drive thru & was not inside.

The best cousins experience! Tyler was super nice and helpful and explained it would be a few minute wait as he was training someone new on sandwich making, the girl who took the order was super nice and the subs looked amazing!

Went to Cousins Subs yesterday and had a disappointing experience. The restaurant was empty, but service was still very slow. The manager was also loudly speaking negatively about someone where I could clearly hear, which felt really unprofessional. Overall just not a great atmosphere.

The 2 people working over lunch today I believe the GM and AGM were extremely friendly and got us our order quite fast despite being quite busy over lunch today! Those 2 definitely make a great team and are also joking and laughing when we stop in! Great to see people who enjoy their jobs so much.
The woman who works here in the morning before the store opens is one of the rudest people I have ever met. A business who treats people with such unkindness is a business I will NEVER go back to. Subway, jimmyjohns, jersey Mike's will be my go to's so many BETTER choices!
