9 staff members behind the counter just chatting and not paying attention to customers. They only had 1 register open, they mixed up our orders, and just annoying to deal with. Food itself was fine, but the ordering process and then trying to figure out whose stuff was whose sucked.

The food, as always, was good, but they messed up my ice cream order, so I had to go up to the front to ask for it after ordering dine in. The lady at the front was also rude when I was ordering.

Went to get dinner after work. I know I went at 10:30 pm but that's beside the point. I went to the drive thru and wanted 2 double hamburger baskets. Plain nothing on them. Got home to find they had cheese on them. Called the store and all they wanted was to send me coupons. They then got angry with me because I didn't want coupons I wanted a refund because this is not the first time. Just wanted dinner and only got dessert.

I was so confused while making my order I felt like 3 different voices was talking to me. And my burger didn't get ketchup. Would've liked to experience a great visit, like I have in all the other locations I have visited throughout the state.
Ordered two concrete mixers in the drive-thru. Waited patiently until 15 minutes passed by so I went in to see what was going on. Apparently they marked our order as dine-in when we were in the drive-thru.
I don't need a cookie cutter response from corporate. Simply, do better Culver's. I'm just disappointed.

I still have yet to have bad food at Culver’s. Freshly made to order and employees seem to actually care and want to work there. I am done getting a burger anywhere else.

For a Culver's it was kinda rundown. I mean, the interior could use some fresh paint, new flooring. The booths were well worn also. I think as a representative of Culver's I was shocked . Being from the Madison area I think we're just spoiled. 🤔
Thee best culvers I have ever been to. The resteraunt is big and very clean, the staff are extremely friendly and hard working and the food for some reason just tastes better than any other Culvers. Couldn't help but give 5 stars
