It always takes a long time to order & get your food because usually there's only one person working. I prefer not to go to this Dairy Queen, and would go elsewhere.

2 cars in line, waited 20 minutes before I decided to leave and go to boy blue. Not as bad as last time I went there. I was the only person in line at the walk up counter. Waited 10 minutes before ringing the bell to try and get their attention. The activity ignored me and the bell the entire time. So I left and went to boy blue. Not gonna make the mistake of trying to get ice cream from here again.

Very slow service. Waited 15 min to put our order in and only 2 people ahead of us. Once our order was put in it was another 15 min to prepare 4 blizzards & 2 Misty Freeze's. We observed the workers and terrible work ethic & as we waited for our order 4-5 families were waiting to put their order in and 2 of the families left because no one had come to take their order.

3 people working, looked like family members/owners. Not one of them understand we wanted iced tea, half sweet half unsweetened. We finally just drove away.

My fruit on my sundae was fermented and didn't realize until half way home. Otherwise usually don't have an issue with this location.

I'm traveling from Appleton to Beaver Dam Monday Wednesday Friday on my job route and I plan my route so I can stop in for ice-cream every day and they claim they are open at 10am and today my route brought my by at 10:15 and they were not open.

Classic dilly bar still just as good as it was when I was a kid!
This place only does ice cream. And only open for a certain time of the year. They have always been great at completing orders quickly, even with a line of people waiting. My only issue is they were randomly closed during posted operation hours. No idea why.

I waited for about 7 minutes to order but no one said anything once I got to the speaker for three - four minutes. Then the girl at the window barely opened it and almost smashed my ice cream cone. I'm not sure what's going on but definitely disappointed. I hope it improves during the summer!
