I had the worse experience of my life! Visited IHOP LOCATION WHERE I WAITED FOR 30 min to get my kids food the waiter then informed me that my New York pancakes where being redone because I asked for no strawberries since I am allergic which I was ok with but after my kids and another 30 min the waiter comes with my pankcakes and as he is setting them down I see it stained of strawberry glaze when I see the the middle is full of strawberry glaze!!!!! After the waiter knowing I was allergic 1) they just flipped the pancake that was previously made 3 min ago or 2) someone intentionally added strawberry glaze in the middle trying to hide it!!!! Because the new York cheesecake pancakes when ordered do not even come with strawberry glaze center

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

Recently visited the Ihop on 5076 Lakeland Drive Flowood Mississippi cost was $15 for 3 pancakes 🥞 and a glass of diet Pepsi. Unfortunately, the service was poor, with an excessive wait time of almost an hour for our order. Moreover, the restrooms were dirty and unacceptable.
We went there today excited to try the pumpkin spice pancakes. Pulled into the parking lot and 2 employees were right out in the front smoking. We started up the truck and went somewhere else. Not a good look for your restaurant at all!

We had a bad experience where there were problems with the food and when we complained the servers were downright rude.
I spoke to the manager on the phone Scott Stazzone who insured us that the issue would be rectified by refunding the meal.
It was never done
This is not good business practice as we were insured by the manager it would be done.

We travel very often and IHOP is our breakfast go-to. This was the worst service we have EVER received. The young man waiting on us never smiled. After food came, he did not check on our table one time! At checkout , he turned and made change from his pocket. Our check says 0192101nancyf but our server was a skinny Hispanic. Ticket # 221076842. We heard several tables around us complaining of same problems. This restaurant had very few customers. We were there just at lunch on Saturday. Other restaurants busy. Clearly there is a management problem. IHOP CORPORATE NEEDS TO RESCUE THIS LOCATION!

Our experience at IHOP was made even better thanks to our waitress, Daniela! She was so friendly, kind, and welcoming throughout our visit. Daniela made sure everything was perfect and checked in with us with such a positive attitude. We truly look forward to having her as our waitress again the next time we come back for breakfast!
