Every time I come here something is wrong with the food. Last time everything very salty,sent it back. This time coffee COLD. Seriously, was cold out of the carafe. No butter on the toast. I am not Elwood Blues. American cheese on the omelette. Did not order American cheese. Put hash browns in the omelette. $40 for breakfast I'd like hot coffee please. Waitress was very apologetic. She got a tip. My advice, go to Sunview or Walkers or Chili Johns.

Waited way too long in a nearly empty restaurant in Olathe Kansas. Our waiter didn't even bother to write down our order for just three people. When we finally got our food, none of our order was correct. They gave my boyfriend only half of his waffle for chicken and waffles. I got the breakfast sampler only received bacon, eggs, ham and my pancakes were covered in chocolate sauce. his daughter got the Jr cupcake breakfast meal, her eggs were randomly covered in cheese and the iceing wasn't even on her pancakes it was on her sides. Our daughter and I are both Autistic so this threw off our morning badly. We have been here and hour and half still haven't received our replacement food!! Can hear staff arguing in the back. One family sat and hour and never received their food and ended up walking out. We asked to speak to a manager and the cook came out scream at us that they didn't even have a ticket it for out meal. So my boyfriend said since we had waited 2 hour at this point and not recieved all of our food we weren't paying. She then said she was going to fight him and went to the back, she came back and told us to leave. 4 other families had walked out at this point having not received their food or even been seated!! worst experience ever!

August was our waitress. She was excellent and very attentive. Our food took a while to come out but she was all by herself and there was a lot of people there. Music was a bit loud and you could hear music coming from the back and the floors were really sticky, but otherwise great place and i recommend August next time you come to ihop.

I never leave reviews but the quality of the food was absolutely disgusting. My daughters pancakes were not fully cooked, my sons burger and French fries were cold. My food was cold and tasted horrible. We spent $70 for four people and noone even ate their food. We have gone to other IHops before and loved the food. We will never go back to the Beaver Dam location.

Well....mine was alright, but my husbands fries looked like they just dumped them directly out of fryer right on top of his 2 pieces of fish....shouldve took picture of it never saw such a sloppy plate but, didnt really care we were hungry

Had breakfast and waitress greeted us welcoming us in, friendly & attentive. Food was hot and delicious. Would definitely be back. Clean and nice place.
Our waitress Lindsey was the nicest server in town!. She accidentally spilled a little hash browns and was very apologetic and brought out some more on the house. She was very good at fitting everyone's needs.

We had a group of 5 and Oliver waited on our group. The whole experience was good. Food was good. We had all you can eat pancakes with our meals and Oliver brought us pancakes to go also!

Two waitresses we're working today, seven tables were taken. Three tables stay dirty for 20 minutes or longer!! My pancakes were not cooked all the way. My mother's sandwich that she ordered was disgusting!! My bacon was not cooked all the way either!! We used to enjoy going in there but it is definitely gone downhill!! And the worst part of it is there's no manager!!

August was our server. She was very nice and lovely to talk to, very hard worker. You could see servers sitting in the back of the store and you could hear the music coming from the kitchen but otherwise great food and great service!
