The inside of the shop was really nice and clean. They have a nice selection of sandwiches on the menu and they are very fast and efficient with the customer service. I definitely prefer them over Subway any day and worth checking out.

The service was extremely fast but when a girl with black hair, and bangs, was taking my order, she was typing on a tablet the whole time, maybe looked at me twice. It felt disconnected, wasn’t very happy with how I was being served at the counter.

This is apparently what the new Chicken Bacon Ranch Toasted Sub🤯 Don’t know what happened to the bread and it’s an absolute MESS. Paying full price for half of a sub. Super DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

They finally had a new sandwich and now it's gone. They said new ones are coming. They shouldn't keep changing. The regular menu is ok, but I'm tired of the same ol same old sandwich. Like the kids there, fast friendly and suggest items. JJ is the fastest place for a sandwich. But I'm board with the menu
