I placed order at 1:00 pm. For 3 sandwiches. Have called twice as to where they are. It is 2:26 & still no sandwiches & literally we're 5 minutes away!! Should have just picked up. Sorry to say, but please change your slogan, it's NOT freaky fast!! Just cancelled the order. I called 3rd time, they said it was delivered at door, he knocked & left. No sandwiches on our doorstep!! Then the driver lied to *Zack* , the worker on phone, besides. So...this service doesn't even register on the scale-wow!! They say my refund will post within 3 days.

They were not freaky fast today. It's fine, whatever. As long as my beans get reimbursed. They were curtious, and refunded the value of my one sandwich that they weren't able to make. I get it, they got broad sided. Thats how it rolls in the food industry. They gave us a couple vouchers,

We stopped between bb games for a quick bite. The meal and service were fine. My problem came when paying the bill I used a credit card and though we never tip at fast food joints I thought I would leave a couple of bucks. The machine had 20 percent and up so I went to "other" and entered 10 thinking it too was percent. Little did I know I had just tipped $10! I will never tip fast food again! My fault.

Not bad, but I prefer Subway, which I think has a better selection and better ingredients. This store could use a refresher in customer service. They seemed annoyed by our questions.
This place use to be AMAZING but I don’t know if they’re just getting lazy or giving up but nothings been good from here in a looooong while. Bread is soggy, ingredients tasted like cleaning chemicals, and it tasted bad. Hope the place gets better soon cause this ain’t

May I change the kickin Ranch to jalapeño ranch what used to be my biggest craving has turned to a repulsive mess. Yes they both had some heat but now all I taste is that canned japalano taste ????
