If McDonald's is going to continue to hire ill-equipped children to work, then they MUST train them in all aspects of the job. Ibis ( I believe that was he/her/they/them/ze/zem/zy 's name) was absolutely terrible today. it took 5 minutes to remove an item from the order, and still managed to get the order completely wrong. “Tony” is incredibly rude, disrespectful and naive when it comes
