I don’t think I’ve gotten my food messed up more than from here. They should just do a complete wipe and restart here. This location has BEEN lacking for years.

Wowza. One of the few Mcdonald’s experiences I have had where I open the bag and there is no spilled fries! Everything was placed in my Mcdonald’s bag with such precision that I could tell these employees care, and then the fries were so delicious as well. Don’t even get me started on their fish sandwiches, trust me when I say add pickles, you won’t regret it.

I stopped in to buy a bacon, egg, cheese bagel for my wife. I had a survey coupon for bogo. So, I ordered 2, without breakfast sauce which should have been the first clue if the girl didn't hear me correctly. I didn't think to look since I was headed home to eat with my wife. What I got was two bacon, egg, cheese biscuits. I also got charged full price. What I don't understand is if the cashier doesn't know how to discount, why they don't ask someone. I won't go back to this McDonalds. I will cross town to Park St where at least they get it right.

It’s genuinely so uncomfortable to eat inside this McDonald’s with how much the manager yells at her employees. Instead of privately coaching the employee that did something wrong she yells at them so everyone in the dining room can hear it too.

Employee left a customer at the counter for less then three minutes and she’s yelling “DONT YOU SEE YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER WHATS WRONG WITH YOU WHAT ARE YOU DOING THAT YOURE LEAVING THEM WAITING” the poor customer looked horrified that she was ultimately the reason this worker got yelled at.

Discipline your employees privately. Don’t yell and make EVERYONE uncomfortable.

One of the few McDonald's left with a playland. Food was fresh and hot, restrooms and restaurant were clean. Very happy with our visit. Kristi was helpful and pleasant.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at this location was disappointing and needs to be addressed. I placed a mobile order for a Big Mac meal with no pickles and no onions. When we got home, the Big Mac had no cheese, no lettuce, and still had pickles—completely different from what was ordered.
Since we live close by, we went back through the drive-thru within a few minutes to get it corrected. When we explained the issue, we were met with attitude instead of an apology. We were told they were out of lettuce, but no one informed us of that when we picked up the order. When we asked for a substitute, the manager cut us off and responded in a rude tone, saying, “It’s not our fault there’s no lettuce.” She then rolled her eyes, shut the window, and continued to give us looks while scrolling on her phone.
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this same employee act unprofessionally. A few weeks ago, while dining in, she was yelling at someone about personal matters in front of customers, including children.
I understand mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. A simple apology and respectful communication go a long way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the service we received was far from acceptable.

The only redeeming quality at this location is a manager that is very strict with her staff. I consistently receive bad service, the workers do not listen to orders carefully and are irreverent of severe allergies. I can verify the order a several times, and I will still receive the wrong item.

Ordered a happy meal with 6pc nuggets and apples and a hot fudge sundae. Got a 4pc. nugget with fries and they quick filled the sundae when I said I had that too so it was like half full. There was a whole 4 cars in line. If they maybe were actually working Instead of chatting away by the window I would have gotten the right order. This is why stereotypes exist.

Fries could be hotter. Service could be faster vs a line 🤨. Atmosphere?? Where--in a drive up line bahaha but dam those fries are good when they're hot!!
