Placed my Order it took longer than it said. The food was not good! Order was messed up. Called and let them know said I could have my next order free . I placed that oder order told me 30 minutes over an hour and still didn’t have it. I will never go back . Much better places to go and done correctly and on time!👎

Last week they screwed up my order, so the next one was on the house. I order this week, they tell me it’ll be done within minutes. An hour later and they still didn’t have it done and no time when it’ll be done. More than likely I won’t be back. I’ll stick with park plaza.

Great pizza with deals going on all the time. Place just opened so the wait time is there when it is busy or they are short staffed. Some of the complaints are valid but people need to remember that people are training and are not perfect. Give it a try at least once and see what you think instead of following nehy sayers.

Wings were barely sauced. Dipping sauces are super small and expensive, not worth it. Pizza wasn't that good for the price, was lacking in topping and cheese. Not worth it.

We were genuinely excited to order from Papa John’s and expected a smooth experience, but unfortunately it was a letdown from start to finish. The delivery tracking app was completely inaccurate, showing the driver nowhere near our house when the order had apparently already been dropped off. To make matters worse, I specifically requested the food be left at the back door, yet it was placed at the garage instead—so we didn’t even realize it had been delivered right away.
Once we finally found the pizza and sat down to eat, my husband took a bite and immediately pulled out a hair from his mouth. That was the end of dinner. Between the unreliable tracking, ignored delivery instructions, and a major food quality issue, this was a very disappointing experience. We won’t be ordering from here again.

Store was a bit messy due to just opening, otherwise. Friendly staff, good prices, and great food. Easy to get in and out.
Ordered on line and they charged my card but said lost order then re ordered and payed with cash then got slip for previous order from card so actually got charged double an the female manager had an attitude an not very friendly so watch your payments
