Worst service ..... 80 dollar order placed in store was told 20 minutes but 30 minutes later my second pizza was just put in oven after that pizza finally came out we found out they didn't even put my sides in the oven won't be going back for an long while

Pizza was just ok. the wings were decent, the restaurant was dirty, floors were sticky, and no napkins. The food was fast , and it made it to the table in about 15 minutes. The staff seems to be more concerned with chatting than service.

Half the deals online don't apply to this location. ? and they are more expensive than in Madison pizza huts. And false advertising. The big dinner box is not available to order online at this location. I get less options for more money

Thank you to the two young lady’s that handled my order 4/2 around 4:30pm. I wanted my food split at the last minute. They was very sweet doing it. When I brought the food home to my family. It was delicious ❤️

Apparently the bad reviews out weigh the good. Whats going on with this pizza hut location. Seems to be a managment problem and staff that are there for the pay check and not at all interestid in trying to make this the best dam place to eat pizza.Friendly Customer service is key to good buisness. I think the owner needs to read the reviews and make some changes before this pizza hut goes belly up! I have not eaten here and will NOT becouse reviews go along way with me. So thanks to the customer reviews i will eat somewhere that cares to have my family dine in and enjoy a Friday night supper!

Order was ready 45 minutes past expected time. Chaotic atmosphere. They didn't have square pizza to complete big box order, so supplemented, but forgot breadsticks. Minimal sauce on chicken wings, and definitely not put on evenly. Worst of all is our Hawaiian chicken pizza had ZERO cheese on it. Just totally forgotten. I called 6+ times to remedy the situation, with no answer.

First time trying the "Melt". I got the Chicken Bacon Parm... Wow, it was amazing!! Definitely addicting.
Large order placed for Christmas party. Food was hot and ready at scheduled time. Friendly staff and food was all correct and delicious.

This place use to be excellent around 2013 or so but they took advantage of the managers in the company and they left the store. It has gone down hill since. The food is cheap and made with GMOs, You will feel sick, sluggish and your blood pressure will go through the roof because of the extreme salt content. Gross!! Pizzas are made with bleached wheat, hand toss has an artificial sweetner and they use tones of genetically modified soybean oil. Everyone tells me the pizzas have gone way down hill. Company treats employees very poorly and takes advantage of them. Will not support this companys unfair treating of its workers.
