No heat in the winter no AC in the summer there was carbon monoxide leaking into the building for quite a period of time making all the workers sick. That is still not fixed there's no hot water in the bathroom the sanitizer buckets do not get changed regularly they do not even have the test strips. Because all of the food is in metal next to the oven the food is heating up to bacteria growing temperatures and it's being put on your food. The cheese is melty the pepperonis are sweaty the workers are dirty and the new GM does not wear a hairnet nothing is labeled correctly and the fryer is disgusting. Never mind it's $30 for a large one topping pizza. Y'all go ahead and enjoy.

Ordered a pizza. Went to pick it up. Store was locked. A worker showed up as did I and he gave me the managers number and she hung up the phone when I asked where my pizza was. Awful place. Don't reccomend

Dont know what's up with big pizza joints not putting sauce on they're pizza. Ask for extra sauce n they put even less. Must be the same people that run the dominos in horicon. Both places jus suck!!

Ordered pizza and boneless wings. They gave me wrong order, so I called to have them fix it. Long story short I never got my order fixed because manager never answered or called me back after several attempts to call the store.

Walking in, atmosphere was dingy and unwelcoming. Staff appeard sloppy and not in uniform. Ground was dirty and the table that was just cleaned for us felt sticky and still had residue on it.
After paying $45 for one large stuffed crust pizza, one personal pan, and 4 warm sodas from the broken cooler, we sat and waited patiently while listening to the painful music of a fans bearing going out in the kitchen. We did not receive a receipt with our order details, and the online app didn't have any information for the order attached to our phone#.
When recieving the large pan pizza, the extra sauces we paid for had been forgotten. When going to get sauces it appeared that the majority of the staff had walked out of the store for a smoke break and had to yell for someone to hear me further back. I wasn't able to communicate properly with the staff member that was available due to how loud the fan bearing was.
The pizza itself was extremely sloppy and fell apart. The stuffed crust came apart letting all of the contents of the pizza fall off.
Overall I think this is a wrap on pizza hut for this family. We came for nostalgia but left feeling dissapointed.
It costs just as much to go to pizza ranch.

Worst service ..... 80 dollar order placed in store was told 20 minutes but 30 minutes later my second pizza was just put in oven after that pizza finally came out we found out they didn't even put my sides in the oven won't be going back for an long while

Pizza was just ok. the wings were decent, the restaurant was dirty, floors were sticky, and no napkins. The food was fast , and it made it to the table in about 15 minutes. The staff seems to be more concerned with chatting than service.

Half the deals online don't apply to this location. ? and they are more expensive than in Madison pizza huts. And false advertising. The big dinner box is not available to order online at this location. I get less options for more money

Apparently the bad reviews out weigh the good. Whats going on with this pizza hut location. Seems to be a managment problem and staff that are there for the pay check and not at all interestid in trying to make this the best dam place to eat pizza.Friendly Customer service is key to good buisness. I think the owner needs to read the reviews and make some changes before this pizza hut goes belly up! I have not eaten here and will NOT becouse reviews go along way with me. So thanks to the customer reviews i will eat somewhere that cares to have my family dine in and enjoy a Friday night supper!
