In our city Pizza Hut is delivered by door dash. I called to confirm our order because we noticed it was a little behind, mind you this in not Pizza Huts fault, we had wonderful costumer service by Nikita. She was extremely apologetic even though this wasn’t her doing as I reassured her we understood this was door dash. I felt heard with her and she seems like a wonderful addition to the Pizza Hut cooperation. She deserves to be recognized.

I ordered a cheese pizza and a ranch cup. I didn’t receive the ranch cup but I was willing to just ignore that. I then open up the pizza box to find it is 40% crust and upon tasting it. I believe the closest flavor I could compare it to would be dawn dish soap. I’m now headed to get a different meal.

Twice we ordered online and never received the order.

If I could have rated a negative, I would have. We have attempted to order online twice and have not received our orders either time. Once I was told it was cancelled, after I called inquiring about where our order was. The second time they couldn’t find the order, although paid for, and could only transfer us to the store, which never picked up the call. Needless to say, we will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Beaver Dam WI location.

I ordered carry out today. It was finished in a timely manner but I’m glad I was at the store prior to it being boxed up. I saw one pizza was burned and the crust was rock hard to the touch. I immediately let them know I’d like it remade. My other pizza was a little overcooked as well but we were short on time to wait for both. The woman at the register had a terrible attitude and you can hear the rudeness in her tone despite the words she uses. Very poor customer service skills. She said if there’s any complaints they “are under new management” although that had nothing to do with the pizza being over cooked. The man working was very kind and sent us on our way and just that one interaction made the experience much better. The store seemed dirty. We most likely won’t return to this location but hopefully they put someone kinder on the register and train the staff properly.

Just stopped in to order a pizza the store has been open for 45 minutes I was told I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to order pizza so they could get cash register set up. I left . Unacceptable
The worst service, the worst employees , rude disrespectful, horrible people, do not go there for anything!!!!!

This location has unfortunately gone down hill. The last visit was not a good experience. Several of the last visits had issues like the dining room being closed. It will be a while before I try again.

So put an order in tonight at 6:36. The lady on the phone said it would be a half hour 40 minutes fine great whatever I’m getting it delivered. It’s been over an hour now waiting on my food so I called the store to cancel it and no one answers I’ve called about eight times no answer. I get a text message saying my food is gonna be delivered at 8:10! And I can’t get a hold of these people to cancel my order so not happy whatsoever with this place! Pizza Hut has definitely gone downhill. Don’t ever plan on ordering from them again. And I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks and they told me my order came to $37. I think that’s a little high priced.
