I ordered two medium pizzas for carry out, and it said they’d be ready at 3:28. Stopped at the store at 3:25, and they were just starting to make the food. The staff were all going to the back room, repeatedly, instead of going where the food was supposed to have been being made. The food was not “ready” until 3:55. After getting back and being able to eat, the dough was not cooked all the way on the food. I tried calling and the line just kept ringing until it went to a different tone. Waited a few minutes and called back. A guy answered the phone and when I explained the situation he said “your pizza is lost? How does that happen?” I said, “no, it’s raw.” He said “is it raw as in good, or raw as in bad?” I said “who describes food as good when saying it’s raw?” I could clearly understand that the person I was talking to, and others in the background, were high because of those responses, and the way they were talking to me. I asked for their names, and they said they didn’t have one. I asked for their manager, and after a few times of them going “ummmm,” they said they didn’t have one, and then hung up on me. When I called back I got the same responses, and they hung up on me again while one of them were making a sound effect of an explosive projectile landing from the sky as they, I'm assuming because I was hung up on, were moving the phone slowing back to the receiver. They are beyond unprofessional and extremely childish. The most absolute terrible customer service I have ever encountered.

If you like to freeze to death, cold food and sticky floors this is the place for you. My food was lukewarm warm and took forever to get. I attempted to dine in while wearing my winter jacket the entire time. The restaurant was FREEZING. Felt warmer outside than inside and it was 30 degrees in Wisconsin today. The restaurant was dirty. I stuck to the floor by the drink machine and my feet stuck to the floor all the way to the freezing gross bathroom. There was ONE employee working in the entire place and lots of people waiting including us. Would not recommend!

I ordered a Large Pepperoni lovers pizza on line. My kid picked it up for me when he got it home I opened the box and my pizza was mostly crust. I had a large pizza with the toppings of a medium pizza (see picture). Also when I went to order bread sticks they were sold out. This was absolutely ridiculous.

The date is 10/07 and the time i picked up my pizza was 3:08 pm. Neither my pizza nor my breadsticks were cut, there was no sauce on my pizza, and lastly i got stuffed crust it was not cooked long enough as its still solid cold pieces of cheese on my pizza. this makes the 3rd put of 5 times I’ve gone to this pizza hut and the food it just terrible. 3 times your out.

Normally I love Pizza Hut but today I had gotten a delivery order as I was on my way home from work, it took them 1 whole hour to make my food and deliver. Then I called to put in a complaint for how long it took them to cook my food and that I was missing a ranch, the lady on the phone proceeds to call me names and swear at me. This is unacceptable and I hope she gets fired! Not a good way to treat customers bc I know for damn sure I will never order from them again!

In our city Pizza Hut is delivered by door dash. I called to confirm our order because we noticed it was a little behind, mind you this in not Pizza Huts fault, we had wonderful costumer service by Nikita. She was extremely apologetic even though this wasn’t her doing as I reassured her we understood this was door dash. I felt heard with her and she seems like a wonderful addition to the Pizza Hut cooperation. She deserves to be recognized.

I ordered a cheese pizza and a ranch cup. I didn’t receive the ranch cup but I was willing to just ignore that. I then open up the pizza box to find it is 40% crust and upon tasting it. I believe the closest flavor I could compare it to would be dawn dish soap. I’m now headed to get a different meal.
