We had to wait for chicken, potato wedges and dessert pizza. Restaurant was about half full. Staff were seen on their phones and one staff was heard swearing.. totally unacceptable with kids in earshot. This was very disappointing. We would understand a wait for food if the restaurant was packed. Most disappointing was the staff member swearing. We paid over 40 dollars for two of us and left a tip. This experience was not worth half of that.

Place is almost more expensive than fine dining for a family of four

Love the chicken. Pizza not so much. Like the salad bar. Soft serve ice cream is ok.
No waitress service.
Do your own service.
Pay up front and do your thing.
Big gaming room for kid parties.
Closes at 8 pm.
Kinda pricey, but it's all you can eat.
I would rate higher if you had more choices of salad bar.
Add soup like Sun Prairie.
Wait people would come around and pick up dirty dishes instead of us putting on an empty table and refill our drinks.
They expect a tip but don't do anything.

Parking: They put in a drive through now you have to park in the back and walk around to the doors.
STUPID move.
I would have put it on the west side . Bad planning

Kid-friendliness: Game room and private rooms for use

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes is handicap ready

The experience is usually good, the food is good. Tonight was the Wayland School sharing night. It was packed and I look forward to having fried chicken for part of my dinner. Well I did NOT get to have chicken. I asked if they were going to put more out and I was told NO, there would be no more coming out! I'm disappointed that an item that should be plentiful. I'm sure I'm not the only one that was disappointed, I hope it doesn't happen again...especially on a special night!

The pizza is ok, the chicken was dang good (broasted) and a salad bar buffet is rare since covid. There is also pasta and bread sticks and dipping sauce.
The store is new and clean. Nice game room for kids and the staff are really nice and hard working to keep the patrons happy.
Decent military discount, kid rates by age, and soft serve!
5 adults and 3 kids age 6 was $100 for all you can eat.
I'd recommend for taking the kids (free on Tuesday).

Visited the Beaver Dam location though I've been to a few. This location was clean with a friendly staff (it's a buffet so not much interaction). This location has a fun zone arcade which was cool if you bring the kids. Pizza Ranch on the whole is a decent place to eat if you go when there is a special, like Tuesdays when kids eat free. I visited on a sat by myself and after a small tip paid $20. That's kinda crazy for o.k. pizza that (let's be honest) is really just a small step above frozen. To be fair there is a good assortment of non pizza offerings like the chicken and salad and the pizza desserts are good but still. I don't know if I've never been on a weekend or just never paid attention but the price shocked me a bit. Again, I'll still go with the family cause the kids dig it and it's an easy way to get your pizza fix, but I'll probably never go on a weekend again.
