Love it! I recommend the balls! So many varieties. The shakes and teas are refreshing as well. This is a family owned business they give so much back to the community. Great place to grab a drink and enjoy the vibes.

This is an Herbalife distributor. There is nothing healthy about the shakes and teas served here. You're better off going to the coffee shop across the street, where you can buy drinks that aren't full of powder mixes.

I am absolutely in LOVE with loaded teas! I lived in the south for 4 years and I am currently in college in the south as well (home for summer, parents moved here) and these drink shops are all over the place down there, I couldn’t find one that matched the taste around here until I walked in to Spring St Nutrition! Delicious loaded teas and I’ve already recommended this place to my younger sister and her friends, the atmosphere is amazing and the owner was so welcoming!!! i will DEFINITELY be back!!!
