Today I went in at 4pm and a new guy was working I showed him the coupon we had which was non expired and he said that it was not good at your location.. mind you all the subs were made up and because your “new” guy didn’t let us use the coupon we left the food there and said then we aren’t buying. Sad that your location doesn’t offer any coupons! I will be calling corporate!

Fantastic staff, excellent customer service, fresh ingredients, very clean store... and the management is great. I had a large group order for lunch with a mixup that was probably my fault. The manager was quick to resolve it for me. Thank you Julie and staff. I will bring our group there again!

I recently visited Subway and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was clean, well-organized, and inviting. The staff was friendly, attentive, and patient while I customized my sandwich exactly the way I like it.

I ordered a freshly baked Italian Herb & Cheese footlong with oven-roasted turkey, loaded with crisp vegetables and topped with their delicious sauces. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the bread was perfectly soft and warm. I also appreciated that the ingredients were plentiful and high quality, making my sandwich both satisfying and flavorful.

The service was quick, and I left feeling like I got great value for my money. Overall, Subway delivered an excellent experience, and I am happy to give them a well-deserved 5-star rating! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick, fresh, and tasty meal.

Ordered online and when there was a problem I called to let the employees know. They didn't care and the manager even hung up on me. Was very unprofessional. All I wanted was to let them know they misread something and they said it was all my fault so no refund was offered or anything all and all a terrible experience

I had an amazing experience at this Subway location! The head lead shift was outstanding—super friendly, efficient, and really made the whole experience enjoyable. The rest of the team was also incredibly warm and welcoming. It's clear they all work well together and create a positive atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store again! Highly recommend!

We ordered 3 subs online, from Beaver Dam store, site said unable to process payment, tried another card, then the site went down. checked our bank, we WERE in fact charged for the online order, so went to pick it up, the 2 people who were working said they had no record of order being placed, and couldn't do anything about it, no refund, no sandwiches, nothing! so we're out 30 bucks, and the employees were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP, We will NEVER go to this Subway again. This location rarely accepts any promo codes, and then when a required promotion happens they take their online ordering system down so you can't use them. The only way Subway makes sense these days is with a good promo code, so this habit of the owner is annoying.

The price for a 6 in. sandwich and a drink was about $13. And the sandwich was stiff and insanely hard to bite into.

We ordered on Doordash, we were watching the Packers game. They completely forgot an entire sandwich, which we had to go and pick up after paying someone else to do the job. Not the first time this has happened, and according to our Doordash guy, it happens all of the time. Something needs to change at this location. For the amount of money we spent it would've been so much better to go to Jersey Mikes. Hardly any veggies on all sandwiches. Rude staff, I don't think we'll be back.
