Holy smokes - slower than molasses. Confident that my five friends and I could accomplish this with one hand tied behind our backs. Not because the work is easy, but because we actually care about the service. Just watched a customer walk out without their food because they have waited 30+ minutes.

This place is a MESS! We got there ordered our food and they forgot about our ticket. Somehow it “disappeared”, the employees were somewhat nice and gave us coupons. After 40 minutes we finally got our food and it was COLD. The fries, burrito and quesadilla was cold, the way the quesadilla was cut was a JOKE😂! Nothing was clean, the tables and seats had food everywhere it was gross! The employees were sitting there like there was nothing to do🙄

Got my entire order wrong. I ordered steak, got ground beef...but paid for steak. Ordered a Mt. Dew...got Baja Blast. The drive thru dude legit said no words, just made sounds. Not worth the time or money

This location is SLOW. Don’t go through the drive through unless you have at least 20 minutes to wait in line. Inside is really gross and desperate for a deep cleaning in the dining room.

Ordered inside, people after us got their food before us, when we asked the people about our order they said “I’m sorry we’re busy, they’re starting your order right now” after we have been waiting already for over a half hour. Watching people make the food they are very unsanitary, touching things than not changing gloves or washing their hands. While waiting for our food, we watched multiple people go back up because the workers forgot things in their order. While sitting and waiting, the tables we not cleaned and very dirty to sit at. While waiting, another worker from the Waupun Taco Bell came in and the workers were very rude to her as she was bringing supplies and such over from the Waupun store.

The only reason I’m giving this is one star is because if I didn’t, I couldn’t leave my complaint was was controlled by a management today as I was picking up a DoorDash that I am no longer a plowed serve store because one of their employees is making a false accusationand that they don’t care about DoorDash cause DoorDash is not their employee. Also their service is super slow.

The customer service at drive thru was rude. Cold tacos for my kids. Over cooked crispy chicken in my burrito, and all of our nacho fries were cold,old, and like eating cardboard. How can I get fresh fries?
This might have been the best Taco Bell I've been at. I have like Taco Bell since I was a kid but every time I visit one I go there knowing I don't know what I'm going to get. I got there late in my semi and the lobby was closed but the manager was really nice and let me order online anyway. Not only did they go out of their way to help but the food was really fresh and I got my order right. I would definitely go back to this Taco Bell!
