The customer service at drive thru was rude. Cold tacos for my kids. Over cooked crispy chicken in my burrito, and all of our nacho fries were cold,old, and like eating cardboard. How can I get fresh fries?

This might have been the best Taco Bell I've been at. I have like Taco Bell since I was a kid but every time I visit one I go there knowing I don't know what I'm going to get. I got there late in my semi and the lobby was closed but the manager was really nice and let me order online anyway. Not only did they go out of their way to help but the food was really fresh and I got my order right. I would definitely go back to this Taco Bell!

sat in drive through for almost a hour. typically what happens is you give them your card and they run it as the food is being made and give it back to you before you get your food. well that didnt happen. gave us the bag, took my card, 5 minutes later, gave us drinks, in that order. being accustomed to the usual way i had just described i thought i had my card because for some reason it took 5 minutes to run my card. so much time had passed i assumed i was good to go so i drove off without my card by mistake. after i got home and ate my meal, i noticed on my bank app i was charged $37 for my order and then i noticed a additional charge for $19.06. i only ordered $37 worth of food. upon checking my wallet and seeing my card is not there i realize what happened. the person at the window stole my card, and charged it for a meal for themself. upon confronting the kitchen i was told it was a double charge and no further action was taken. it was 1:00AM so i tried calling this morning to talk to a manager and the number does not work. so now i have to order a new debit card and not be able to make any purchases for the next week. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!

Placed on order off the app. Get there to check in and they say there is no order. They make me wait over 5 minutes to come back to me so I can show them the order in the app and at first the manager says there is nothing there then suddenly finds it. So what should have been by the time I got there I still waited for. Then they couldn't get the order right still.

The guy who took my order didn't say anything to me about the wait for food, there were workers in the background yelling and making lots of noise. The two large nacho fries were kinda warm but had been sitting there for way too long and I had to ask him for the drink that I ordered. He didn't even say anything when he handed the food out of the window.

Worst lunch experience I've ever had 22 minutes in the Drive-Thru my tacos and chalupas were nothing but lettuce and tomato if you don't mind spending your lunch hour in the Drive-Thru line and get very mediocre food I highly recommend this Taco Bell

Decided I wanted tacos again today and tried this Taco Bell in Beaver dam again another big mistake I ordered a $7 lunch box and they tried to hand me an $18 order after sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes I didn't want to hold up the rest of the people's lunch hours was about 10 cars deep so with the 10 minutes left I pulled away from the drive-thru with no food and very unsatisfied

It was not okay....service was fine..
Food was deplorable soggy and gross to say the least.. very poorly and sloppily put together regardless of the time of the order.
I WILL be posting on FACEBOOK The pictures of what our food looks like... WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVR AGAIN. Better pray we don't get sick.
