What a surprise in the middle of nowhere WI. We needed a dinner before heading to Northern WI. With the help of Google and TripAdvisor we found this place. Great food and atmosphere. Don't miss the place. There are NO signs and it looks like a two story farmhouse. The only sign is a glass window on the side door. Friendly place with lots of locals. Off the road for most tourists.

Local pub with Friday Night Fish Fry every Friday. Awesome bartenders and congenial waitstaff. Sit and have a Spotted Cow or a Carbliss while you wait for your table. Chat with the locals on the latest Packer, Brewer, Bucks or Badger games. Get there by 4:30pm to get fast seating. Choose from delectable Poorman’s Lobster, Perch , Walleye, Shrimp or mixed platter. Garlic mashed and sweet potato fries are my favs.

Walking in I get a little out of place as the entry leads to a bar area, which was quite busy with locals from the feel of it. The dining area is small but insulated a bit from the bar area and noise. The food was lovely and our waitress was on top of every detail. That attention to detail and taste of the food made up for the more relaxed bar feel of the place.
