We have not been to Tower Lanes for a few years and it’s clear someone new is in charge. The food was still good (bar burgers and fries), the drinks were still good but the service was a fail. There were 3 bartenders - 2 women and a guy. When we sat down the 2 women walk by us at least a dozen times and said NOTHING to us, did not even greet us. They were not that busy - half the seats at the bar were empty. Finally the guy came over and took our order. That was the last time anyone checked on us. Some guy from the kitchen brought us our food and we had to chase down the guy to bring us our bill. We felt extremely unwelcome and felt like we were bothering them being there. Looking at some of the other recent reviews this seems to be the environment here now. Too bad. The place has potential but things have sure gone downhill since Ben left.

I don’t often come to Towers, but when I do, I have great experiences. I just recently went in and there was a traveling manager that was there. She seemed oblivious to everything felt very standoffish and rude. The experience at Tower Lane was great just with the exception of the manager.

Whatever young lady that was working the bar on Saturday August 9th is a liar and a crappy bartender. She constantly disappeared and left the bar to the gentleman who was busting his ass to take care of all of his customers. At the end of the night she handed my nephew a tab that said $38.70 but then ran his card for $55.45. When I brought it to her attention she claimed to have told him that when she ran the card it connected the 2 tabs (I assume from the 2 sepetare computers). I told her she was a liar as I was sitting next to him when she handed him the final bill and she said absolutely nothing. Simply handed him the tab and walked away. This is unacceptable and she doesn't even deserve the tip that he left. Not to mention she threw away my half full beer because I stepped away for 1 minute. She sucked as a bartender but the guy absolutely rocked. He was nice and made SURE EVERYONE was taken care of.
Very nice service and a very fun karaoke. Drinks were reasonably priced and the food was great. Bartender was attentive and the karaoke was a blast. Will be coming again.

Great food!!!! Excellent service. Amazing daily specials. I'll definitely return. We didn't bowl, I can't speak of the alley quality. We were just there for lunch.

Your worker Niko I believe that's his name younger male maybe in his 20's, needs to learn how to treat customers and listen. Absolutely ridiculous how we got treated/yelled tonight by your employee. WHEN IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT. 🤦🏻♀️😡
But please go ahead and watch the cameras like you said you would and see who's right and wrong. Because clearly we did nothing wrong had many people agree and witness everything that happen tonight.
