Still Crazy

Did online ordering. 60+ dollars spent. 5+ tip. Didn't get sauce for pretzel. That's ok, as the pretzel was completely not edible. 1/4 of each side was so hard you couldn't bite it. 2 of 3 churros were so chewy it was almost gum. Also not edible. Paid extra for 50% more meat on 2 subs. Hardly any meat. I don't think my sub had the extra bacon I ordered. Cookies were fine. Will not order online again. Might not even go back..Should have went to a restaurant for that price.

Visited on 4th of July, and was opened with 2 very friendly gals working. Sandwiches made just right, and overall a very pleasant experience. Tucked in off the beaten path, had no idea it was there (just west of the stop signs).

This subway is terrible. It's been almost a month, they don't have any straws, they can't toast the whole sub cuz they don't have the right paper so they use these tiny little tubs. Which gives you half the regular meat and cheese you'd normally have. Then the girls working behind the counter have the worst attitude I've ever seen. It's very clear they do not want your business nor do they care if you return. This will be my last time ever stepping foot in this subway. Which is exactly what they want so I guess they win.... im adding to give insight. I got the 12 inch mexicali. It's supposed to have 2x the amount of cheese. She gave me 3 slices of cheese. I said "isn't the mexicali supposed to have double the cheese?" She rolled her eyes at me and said "No,it doesnt". I said "um, that's not what the menu above you says, look at the menu." She rolled her eyes again and ignored me while putting my food into the toaster.... real nice folks.

Went to this location because my points were going to expire. Got to the checkout, and the scanner isn't working. Which happened months ago as well. Did a survey, gave all zeros. Got an email from a regional manager from the survey group. Am not able to respond to the email. The manager or owner have not called me back. $6 has expired from. My rewards. Id like a call from this location.

Subway should revoke their franchise. Order a philly. They tell me no green peppers. Okay I guess I can live with that. Then I see a sign that says no tomatoes and a few other things. I ask “no tomatoes?” She says sorry but they really cut our budget. So it’s not a case of they ran out temporarily. They decided to not offer these things. Well i just walked out with my sandwich half made. Hopefully they’re enjoying their savings.
