I love 7 Brew coffee and will choose it over others every time but you've GOT to fix the customer service issues on the outside lane. Today we watched 12 cars get through the inside lane while we waited for ours and it is not the first time this has happened. Also, they need to ask if it's hot or iced. They default to iced every time so after waiting 20 minutes my drink is wrong.
Service was fast and kind. Someone taking orders outside. We waited 20 minutes from around the corner off of GV.
Drinks were good. Music coming from inside were drinks were being made was loud. Lots of garbage on the floor.
Had a coupon. Will be back again.

Both girls in the drive thru were wonderful this morning 10/3 around 8:30 am! First time in and the girl taking my order was very helpful and suggested one of the best drinks I’ve tried!
