Excellent customer service and clean store. Great deals
While I really like Costco, I am frustrated by the lack of support provided to the Pharmacy- with the disintegration of Shopko, every local pharmacy is buried, and I understand that - however today I called at noon to see how long I should expect before the prescriptions would be ready. I was told 3:30. I arrived at 4:30 and the line was 8-10 deep and what appeared to be 2 staffers running around. There has to be a better way you can support this area. Costco, who in the past has allowed the mask exemptions mentioned in our state mandate, has now said that I am not welcome to shop there. They are discriminating against those of us who cannot wear a mask! I will no longer be shopping there.
