The staff here are always really nice and I love the food, but management really needs to hire more people! You can tell the staff is really busy and always working, so this is pretty clearly on management to fix.
Had the most delightful Lavender, Honey, Rose 🌹 Water 💧 Latte, every flavor was present and just danced on my tongue. The aroma itself excited my pallette before I even took the first sip. I was super satisfied. Had a delightful homemade molasses cookie as well that was pretty amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful, patient and efficient. Cute and cozy atmosphere. Great selection of everything, so much to choose from. I've enjoyed it very much each time.
The food and the coffee is amazing, but I’ve been in there three times and literally had to stop somebody that was behind the counter to ask for help. I waited five minutes without any acknowledgment. And it wasn’t even busy. There were three people behind the counter and it looked like you couldn’t even bother them to help you. Would love to keep coming back, but you seriously need to address this.
