The store was super busy with people when we first came in and almost all the food was ordered before we got a chance to place ours. We ordered and had to wait 10-15 minutes for our food and Pam came and delivered our food to our table, was super apologetic and provided incredible customer service (and free egg rolls!). HUGE thank you to that team and store.
We love Panda Express. The restaurant is so clean, the food is fresh and the workers are top notch. We will keep coming back again and again. Try the family meal you won't be disappointed it fed our whole family and we had leftovees for a little over $30!
I went through the drive thru and realized I brought the wrong card! The lady at the drive thru told me my card declined twice. I then said I’m so sorry and to cancel the order. She said no, I will still make your meal. I saw her pay for it with her own card! The generosity was out of this world! When I said I will come back and pay her back tomorrow she said no, don’t worry about it. In the world we live in these days, it’s nice to know there are still generous people like...
