Took over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Quality is okay but food is overpriced.

Rude staff. Closed when paper sign said open until 8pm. Will never return. Taco Bell tastes better anyways.

Ordered inside because there is no online ordering for this restaurant. Waiting for our order, the floor was extremely sticky around the counter and the tables. The price seemed higher than what I ordered, but they only give a generic receipt that doesn't show your itemized order. My daughter ordered fried chicken tacos, and they were good but cold. I ordered a taco salad. Had to go back in because they forgot the toppings, the sour cream, tomatoes, and black olives and the side of salsa. They just gave me some salsa in a cup when i went back in.Hardly had any meat or cheese was just all lettuce. The potato oles were cold and hardly seasoned. For almost $40, we could have gone to a nicer restaurant.

We love Taco Johns and deliberately go there to avoid the the big chains and support local business. I wish there was a way to know the ingredients when looking at the drive through menu to avoid allergens. I have said the magic words "no dairy" at other restaurants/places - only to find out the hard way that the person who took the order did not know what a dairy product was. So I usually say no cheese on anything please. Cheese is a typical ingredient in fast food. I did not see sour cream on the picture, it was not listed that I saw, but we had to throw away our order at home because of sour cream. Most people who ask for no cheese - on anything - are doing it for a good reason. If people are aware of what a dairy product is, it would click - maybe this customer is avoiding dairy.... Should I ask, to help the person out, in case they do not know there is sour cream in our burritos? I would not want someone to get sick eating it without realizing. It is a kind thing to do. So to avoid demonstrating that you know what a dairy product is by harshly schooling the customer that they should have said "no dairy" , take that extra small step and offer the information. This only happened there once and all other experiences were just fine, people as kind as could be. But this time it made an impression.Dietary restrictions: List ingredients, somehow, in the drive through area.

Missing one order of potato oles, ordered tacos without sauce & they had sauce on them, ordered 1 chicken Street taco & 1 steak Street taco & got 3 chicken & 3 steak, didn't get a taco bravo we ordered. Didn't get 3 crispy tacos we ordered. Missing cheese sauce for oles. Didn't give us a receipt & when we tried to call they didn't answer the phone. This was Sat. night Dec.16 at around 6:00pm. My husband, who's a veteran, stopped in to the location at 2672 Eaton Rd, Green Bay. We asked what his options were for Veterans Day. They asked if we had the app because we needed the app and his options would be listed there. First, how many 70 - 80 yr old Veterans would know how to load an app. That seems unnecessary. However, we are only in our 50s so we stepped out of line and downloaded the app. He went through the registration process and then looked through the app. We couldn't find anything about Veterans Day and our options so we got back in line. We told them we have now downloaded the app and couldn't find anything about his veteran options. The employee said, "I don't have the app and none of us here know how to navigate it." To which I said, "Then I guess we'll never visit a Taco John's again." To which he responded, "Okay."Are you kidding me? Who does that? What kind of management does this place have? Needless to say, this was our first, last, and only visit we will ever make to that Taco John's and probably any other one as well. If you are a veteran, I'd like to apologize on behalf of Taco John and thank you for your service!

Veterans Day and they tell me to download the app. App says nothing about. Veterans Day. Attendant tells me no one has the app or knows how to navigate it. Nothing for Veterans Day besides a hassle and unknowledgeable staff…
